We had curry, pad see ew, orange chicken and noodles with chicken and it was super salty and it doesn't taste authentic. I am surprise about the reviews because they have good rating but all the noodles we received were broken and salty. The curry was overly sweet and salty like they couldn't figure out how to balance the flavor and the orange chicken was overly breaded. Thai cafe is the best Thai in Prescott valley and Prescott. The food is outstanding and the service is outstanding. We eat here for lunch at least once a week. They have several items on the menu. Had their lunch specials, spicy fried rice chicken and tofu pad thai. Really good stuff. I've never had the spicy fried rice before but it was quite delicious!! I would and plan on getting it again the next time we come up to Prescott Valley. The salad as an appetizer was also good. Fresh and the peanut dressing was yummy. We decided to try this place out for lunch on a recommendation from Lek's. The restaurant is decorated as you would expect for a Thai establishment, very tastefully appointed. The food on the other hand blows away the decor. It is extremely authentic, with all the flavors that you would expect if you were eating in Thailand. I do know the chef is Thai, so the flavors are as expected, to bad her ex didn't learn to cook when they were still married. Keep up the "great" work, you are awesome!! read more

The Thai Cafe is a hidden gem in Prescott Valley, they have delicious food and it's a locally owned restaurant. The first time I ever ordered from there, we had a small mix up with our order and the called immediately and fixed the situation before I even knew it was a problem, and ever since then they have become my go to restaurant spot because they genuinely care, everyone who works there is so kind and hard working, plus the food is delicious and the lunch specials are a great price for how much food you get! I recommend the Yellow Curry or the Tom Kha, but honestly I've never had one dish I didn't love from there! read more

I ordered my green curry tofu "4 stars" hot...it was more like two stars. And sweet? I managed to munch enough of it so that my brain, no longer ravenous, said to my mouth, "What are you doing, trying to wreck your teeth on soupy candy? Enough already!" My family found a love for Thai Food. Originally we were going to a different place but it was closed on the days that we were craving and it's further away. We then found the Thai Cafe and we realized that it was just the same as far as quality and prices. Everything was swell. However, recently I had a cousin in town. She was craving Thai Iced Tea and since it was our nearest option we chose to come here. We put our masks on and waited at the door for someone to call us. We told them that we just wanted take-out. Once we went to the counter, we ordered Thai Iced Tea. The server said there was no Thai Iced Tea. I repeated myself just to make sure he understood. He then denied the availability of Thai Iced Tea again. He said all they had was Sweet Tea. I stood there in disbelief and hesitation because it's a Thai Restaurant and it was the middle of the day. How and why were they out of tea in the middle of he day when they're still expecting a good amount of customers. He made it seem like it was no longer even sold there. I think he knew I didn't believe him so he asked some other guy on the phone and he also said no. Once the phone guy said no I had no other option but to leave. The other Thai place was closed that day and my cousin was visiting so I wanted to get her that tea. We hopped back on the car and I couldn't believe that the server wanted to make me believe there was no tea and that it was no longer sold there. We had waited in the entrance, we had masks on, and we were nice. There was no reason why he would have lied about it. It's not like we went inside with a horrible attitude and coughed on him. Anyways, while I was analyzing everything I told my cousin that we should call them and make an order on the phone. Just to make sure it was true. Less than 10 minutes passed by and when we called they gladly had three large Thai Iced Teas ready for us in 10 minutes... I could not believe what was happening. I was so ready to see their faces when they realized that it was the same people that they had lied to 20 minutes ago. I could have chosen to go somewhere else and I could have taken my business somewhere else but I also wanted to see what kind of people are running this restaurant or who they're employing. I don't appreciate being lied to, especially when I am obliging to their rules of waiting in front of the store and wearing a mask. I see so many people not wearing masks and they're not even treated like that. Their food is great. I've tried the Curry Fried Rice and Pad Thai, they're good. No complaints there. But if you don't like being lied to in the face several times then this is not the place for you. After that day we kept ordering drinks until my cousin left, but this time we did it through the phone. To not waste any time. Looking back we realize that there were customers coming out with Thai Iced Tea that same day. The review is long but I wanted to make sure that everybody understood the situation. read more

Food was very good, and the prices were very reasonable. (Lack of) attentive service soured our experience a bit, but we will go back when in the mood for Thai cuisine. I like spicy food, and asked what scale they use... Was told that the normal scale was 1-4, with 5 being extra spicy. It sounded like more of a dare, so I ordered 4, thinking it was be hot enough. I should have ordered the 5, as my meal was no where near as spicy as I would have liked. My wife ordered her dish as a 2, and said it was perfectly spiced. read more
