Nuah Num Tok: It's beef salad with roasted rice lime juice red onions I asked to cooked the steak medium rare and it came out perfect Chinese Broccoli with Crispy Pork: this dish is my all time favorite. Crispy Pork was nice and crispy not chewy not hard at all Can Coon knows how to make this dish so well. Chinese Broccoli was not over cooked it was fresh and crunchy. Last dish was a Thai Menudo soup Or #45 Tom Kreong Nai The beef was so tender melt in my mouth, tribes was crunchy not over cooked we loved it with a hint of limes I added more of chilies powder B/C Thai food is all about the heat and spicy. The Thai Lady that took care of us is super sweet and friendly She's very attentive always keeps my glass full. She makes sure we got everything we need and with smile too.
