    Updated Lunch Special Hours
    Joyce F.

Came in for their lunch special. They still have til 3pm in Yelp. I arrived a little past 2. I requested them to update their hours on Yelp. I ended up ordering from regular menu. Got shrimp Pad Thai, 9/10 and Beef with Broccoli, 7/10. Also got Thai Iced Tea, 10/10. They had everything done in few minutes. The ladies are all nice and greet you soon you come in. Lots of parking in the area. The place is clean with homey atmosphere.

My first time and we got take out last weekend and I know I'm already going back this weekend. Really good Thai food with excellent flavors. We had it for the first time last weekend and I already want more. Like other reviews have mentioned, this is more of a take out place with a few small tables. The kitchen is open air so you can see the Chef cooking up your food nice and fresh. I called my order in and it was ready in the time they mentioned. Everything was great! Delicious. My favorite part of this place is they can substitute fish fillet for all of their dishes! Including the curries! And they can accommodate food allergies based on the menu. Highly recommend the spicy fish (makrut lime leaves! So good!!) and spicy fried rice (so gooood). We did medium spice but next time we are going to try "spicy." Looking forward to being a regular!

No wonder there's a line for lunch. Their portions are ginormous. And the flavors were popping. I'm not a huge fan of Thai food because most restaurants blandify their food. This one is an exception. Not pictured is the short ribs, which were piled on like a mountain and could probably feed 5 hungry adults. The same can be said of the other dishes we ordered. The drunken noodles were properly spiced with basil leaves being the most prominent flavor. The calamari stayed crunchy for the whole meal and the papaya salad had that slightly salty, fishy, limey flavor like it's supposed to. We went a bit early and were seated immediately. The interior was pleasant enough, slightly dated. Parking was pretty good. It's not a huge lot but enough spots that it wasn't painful. Recommended but if you're late, expect a wait.

Crispy Pork Gailan and Crab Fried Rice

We love take out from v Original Thai. Initially we weren't too fond of the food but after a few years, we gave it another try. Now we love it! Kids love the chicken satay and chicken pad see ew. Crab fried rice is the absolute favorite for my daughter and I. I've tried cream fried rice at so many That restaurants but nothing hits the spot like the one here. We get it every single time. The pad kee maw is also good but really spicy, even when you order it medium hear. It's not a drunken noodle but similar in texture and taste. The crispy pork gailan is also pretty good. I've had it twice so far. We will definitely be coming back for more crab fried rice!

Originally when to another Thai restaurant but because it was New Year Eve evening, they weren't taking anymore take out orders. So I found this place through Yelp and saw it had a 5 star. This place is a small restaurant and is strictly only for take out orders . There is no place for dine in seating. Some would say this is a hole in the wall place, which we all know ends up being the best place to get food. There were two ladies working and one took my order and which was chicken pad thai, two orders of chicken fried rice, two orders of chicken satay and one order of chicken pad see ew for my niece who specifically wanted this entree. I mentioned to them that she has a seafood allergy, therefore cannot have oyster sauce or fish sauce in the ingredients. The lady told me that no problem and she would use something else. Needless to say, my niece said it was the best pad see ew she has had. All of the other items that I ordered were very tasty and cooked fresh. I was really impressed and will definitely come back again. Also, if you check in on Yelp, you get a free thai tea drink. Both ladies working were very nice and if you are looking for some good thai food, I highly recommend this place.

Pad Thai Chicken and fried tofu with dipping sauce. Delicious!

It is my first time here but saw yelp n just ordered what looked appetizing--Garlic Shrimp Egg Noodle (fried not noodle soup) The dish came with a soup on the side and the entree, which included 3 slices of pineapple probably to wash away the garlic after eating. The noodles were clumps together and tasted a bit raw/flour-y. That wasn't too bad, but would've liked it without that taste. The shrimp tasted ok...there were a good portion. The garlic...honestly this was something I didnt like as i knew this flavor...its either raw garlic that is passed due and has those clear parts and a bit sour or those preserved garlic in citeic acid, but tasted as if it were left out. Like a wet dish rag smell. I know this as i've used large bag of garlic from Costco that became this as I didnt use by the best buy or that it had fridge burns that cause the bruising and when I used it my dishes, it tasted lik this. This flavor ruined the dish and I didnt eat it all and took home thinking I can pick out the garlic pieces and just eat the rest. This took off 2 stars. Service was ok, altho I only ordered, food came, and asked for check, so didnt need much service. I added a Khrak Cambodian iced coffee at the end to take home... this was ok too. Just Cambo version of a Vietnamese Coffee. This here was a little darker coffee flavor I felt and less sugar (which is good for me). Im not sure I'll come back, not because of the food or rating, but because there are plenty of places to go for lunch and chose this place for today. Thank you.

The shop is located in the same strip mall as the Korean supermarket. The place is quite quaint with about 5-6 medium sized tables. It definitely gives hole-in-the-wall vibes. The service is quick and efficient, and everything is made to order. You can watch the whole process of your kimbap get made: rice and ingredients on top of the seaweed, rolled, brushed with sesame oil, and cut. I've tried most of their kimbaps [tuna, bulgogi, jinmi (spicy squid), cheese, kimchi, yuboo cho bab (fried tofu skin kimbap), Angel kimbap (keto)], and my top three are: bulgogi, tuna, jinmi. I absolutely love their spicy chewy noodles with vegetables (jjolmyun). It's not that spicy and packed with shredded cabbage, carrots, and cucumbers. Their spicy rice cake (ddukbokki) is decent and hits the mark. The steamed dumplings and fried chicken were okay. The hand-pulled dough (vegetable) soup (sujebi) was good. Came here tonight with my friend and her daughter because she wanted tteokbokki. Once we got there she realized she also wanted Korean fried chicken. So we ordered tteokbokki, Korean fried chicken mild and donkatsu. The food for the price felt mediocre and the portion of the tteokbokki was so small and the flavor wasn't really there imo. Also, the picture of the Korean fried chicken looked like it would be actual chicken thighs but what we got was more like orange chicken. Some parts were so hard my friends daughter had to bite those parts off. Definitely not worth $29 for some fried chicken nugget like chicken. The sauce was off too, never had Korean fried chicken that tasted like sweet cinnamon. The donkatsu was okay when compared to the other two, but it tasted over fried and dry. Service was also just okay. They weren't friendly but also not rude. They close at 8pm and we were still eating at 7:51pm and I felt like the workers were literally sitting there staring at us when it wasn't even 8 yet. So we just packed up and left.
