Wow! Best Thai massage I've had in the entire country! It was so good it made all previous massages look amateur. The spa is gorgeous and elegant! I almost docked a point because the communication at the front desk wasn't very clear but opted not to because the quality of the massage was so wonderful! Oh, and the pricing was misleading. The sign on the door said it was $28 and the front desk confirmed that but I was charged $35 and the same front desk girl said the $28 massage wasn't worth it. The brochure with pricing says $45 so I don't actually know what future prices will be. read more

Great place, Linda is awesome. If I lived in town I would visit often. I like the atmosphere of this massage place. I got the 1hour yoga massage, which consisted of stretches to the body, and a full head to toe massage. It is a stretching, experience, not to be confused with a traditional Chinese full body massage where you are undressed in privacy. So if stretching is not what you want, then this would not be the place. although the foot massage and brief back massage offered here might work for you as well. read more

It is ok if you want a cheap massage. I still prefer the regular spa massage where you are in the room alone with just the therapist. The massage was ok. The therapist don't seem to be trained professionally. The thing I dont like is that when you walk into the room, all the therapists look at you weird. No smile or whatsoever. When you move or say things, you can tell they are looking at you again which makes you feel very strange. $30/hr is a deal but you get what you pay for. read more

So i'm a massage therapist and i was taught Thai massage. My therapists name was David and he was soooooo good. I loved that throughout my massage i kept thinking "oh yeah, i remember that move". Its got a beautiful setup and its super relaxing. Seriously have to go there at least once a month. The best massage I've gotten in a long time. Just a warning if your not familiar with Thai massage, its like a series of stretches, acupressure, compression/ palming and some tapotement (tapping/striking) while your fully clothed (recommend wearing something comfortable) so if that's not your thing you might not like it. I would give this place a five if all of the contorting positions I had to be in to stretch didn't hurt so bad. lol. All jokes aside the massage was great. Pretty sore now but much needed. The prices were reasonable (paid $55 for 90 min without gratuity) and it was very nice inside. It is an open area ( you'll be next to others getting a massage unless you choose the yoga massage) but it's still very quiet with a good selection of calming music to mellow you during the massage. I selected the "strong" option on my intake form and looking back at it now I should have chosen medium. I left very relaxed but once again extremely sore. Can't say I'll be back due to the weird stretching I had to do (ie laying on my back and having my legs stretched over the back my head and folks I ain't that flexible so yikes for my back and neck...) but it was good for the most part. This place is 'AHHHH'- awesome. I come here weekly and it really improves my back/neck pain and eases any stress. Great relaxing music with a dark comfortable bed. I'm in the water therapy business and recommend this place for the BEST 'hands on clothes on' massage in the valley.They do a lot of stretching so warn the front desk at check in if can't handle a lot and aren't comfortable with a full body massage. Nice and Friendly very Clean. as for the service I would give a 9 out of 10. compare to the Thai Massage We had from Thailand last year. We love thai massage because it really stretch your body and joints. There is one thing that I don't like it, because my husband got bruises after the massage (doesn't hurt just dark spots). Even he requested the pressure to be light and gentle. For me, I requested the pressure to the max (super strong) However I don't even have any bruises at all and for that I just wonder why. Same thing happened in Thailand and every time with Other Swedish Massage. After all we will definitely going back. One of the best and unique massages I have ever gotten! As of 2 months ago, this place is not owned by or affiliated with the MUCH better Thai Royal Massage in Chandler. Having been to that place three times, we decided to try this one (not knowing it wasn't the same place anymore). The difference was day and night. I can't speak for the foot massage - I'm sure it's fine, but the Thai body massage was very mediocre. I've had 100's of massages and been to Thailand twice so I know Thai massage and other than stretching, there was nothing Thai about the massage here. Unlike, Thai Royal, the people here are not even Thai - they just bought the name. My Massage was a 3 out of 5, but my partner whom I went with was a 1, so I'm rounding off to 2 stars. The receptionist gave my partner major attitude when he was only willing to tip 10% and said the minimum tip they accept is $5. Why bother calling it tip if it's mandatory and there's a minimum? I'm glad as first time customers, we didn't pay the full price. That said, maybe I'll go back for only foot massage. read more

The ambiance was so nice. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in. The massage was good I just wished there was more reflexology/accupressure on my feet (it is a "foot massage" after all). The position I was initially in with lying on your back and your feet in the bucket was a little straining on my lower back, but the chair/lounger was really comfy. And I loved how it turned into a massage table. I am used to getting regular massages so it was a little weird doing the body massage part over my clothes but she did a pretty good job. I have been going here for quite awhile and never had any problems until this week. My sister came in from out of state and we went on Monday to get a massage. Her massage was great, mine sucked. We sent up another appointment for Wednesday with two specific masseuses for first thing in the morning. I said I did not want the same person I had on Monday ever again. Well lo and behold we arrived on time for our appointment and the business was closed. We were told they were on their way to open the doors. It was 30 minutes later when they arrived and we went in to get our massage. Well, my sister had the one for her appointment but when I started with my massage I realized this was not who I reserved my appointment with. They had the same horrible masseuse I had on Monday. I drove from Chandler, waited for them 30 minutes and didn't get the mousse I requested.I specifically loud and clear did not want this masseuse and wanted it noted. I complained to the desk clerk Karen who couldn't have cared a less and told us to call the manager Kevin tomorrow. Well, today we called back and spoke to Kevin who said that he was not a manager and was only employed there for a few days. He stated he would get a hold of the manager or owners and have them call us. Well, five hours later after calling Kevin back and asking why we haven't heard from anyone he stated that management nor the owners would answer his phone calls. Well what kind of nonsense is that? If I do not hear back from them soon I guarantee they will be hearing back from me after I put a freeze on my account and after I get ahold of BBB! read more

After 3 tries, I do have to offer the place with a 5 star rating. There are few people in this world who can offer the type of treatment that I need since my body poses a huge challenge to majority of the therapist. I was only able to get relief from my massage and martial art master who can offer remedy to my chronic pain. The first therapist said that he had to generate 3x of his normal energy on me. The second Vietnamese male did ok but not quite get the knots out. I was later helped by his wife who had to step on my back in order to put me back in proper alignment just like the way my Thai Massage masters did in Bangkok and Chiang Mai. The first treatment was $24. Subsequent treatment is extremely reasonable $30-$45/session which was the price that I paid in Taiwan/South Korea. It is not for the faint of heart but it is rare that I found someone with the caliber that I need. I was a little taken back by one of the Vietnamese female owner who boast about her credential so I will never use her--A good therapist should be humble (my master's teaching). I will go back to the Chinese lady and husband who took extraordinary measure to remedy my chronic ailment that I have endured over last 20 years. read more

When I walked out the door I looked at the time on my phone and it had only been 50min. Let the girl at the front desk know and they acted like I was crazy. Today was not my day so I felt I needed a massage. I normally like Chinese Reflexology because I stand all day at work as a hairstylist so I really need someone to get in there deep and not just pet/tickle my feet. However, I decided to look at Yelp and found this place. The Yelp reviews were great and the only not-so good reviews are from people who obviously have never had a Thai massage before. (Thai massages are usually deep pressure along with some assisted stretching.) I walked in and was greeted with great customer service and asked for a full body 90minute massage. Then you are walked to a quiet area to change into scrubs and are given a locker for your personal belongings. The massage area is communal but you definitely feel the ambience with the music, decorations, and dimmed lights. You get a foot soak and a massage that is very attentive to every body part from the top of your head down to the tips of your toes. This place is well worth the price and I will return. Keep up the good work!! I do not recommend to people who like to be touched very softly because you are going to get a firm forearm along your body and even some elbows.
