I accidentally stumbled upon this place because I was craving food from the Jamaican restaurant next door Unfortunately that restaurant was closed and Thai Fried Rice was directly next door so I decided to try it. I was on my lunch break from work so I decided just to make a quick to go order. Its a small place but has enough space for indoor seating if you choose to sit down and eat. The lady up front wasn't the most welcoming but I grabbed a menu and viewed quickly what I would like to order. They do offer a lunch menu which is available weekdays 11am -3pm. I didnt see pad Thai on that particular menu so I ordered from the regular menu chicken pad that $10.95. Shrimp was $15.95 The order didnt take long at all. Grabbed my food and decided to taste. Tasty place that clearly wants you to take your food to go. I wouldn't mind this so much if they were open about this business model upfront. I was picking between two Thai places down the road from each other and this one was a few dollars cheaper and I didn't like that the other had an automatic gratuity. Upon walking in there is a sign at the counter that there is an 18% dining in fee. So out of principle we opted for take out. Beef Pad Thai for $14, pork Pad See Ew $11, Red Currey Chicken $12. Plenty of food for 3-4 meals. The Pad Thai was alright but didn't have much beef or much flavor, 3 stars. The Pad See Ew was delicious, lots of pork and flavor, had I just had this one dish at this price it could have been a 5 star experience. LISTEN!!! This place NEVER disappoints. I come here for the same thing every single visit, because why switch up on a good thing? That sweet Thai sausage fried rice? Just saying the name makes my mouth water. I don't know what it is that makes it so addicting, but believe you me, it has me in a chokehold. It is sooo good! The best thing about the dish is that the portion size is big enough for me to get full and have enough to eat as leftovers the next day. One of the best Thai food place I've tried so far! A mom and pop shop so please be patient when they're busy. My go to order is the pad see ew with beef. The beef is a bit dry so I will try chicken next time. In my opinion the restaurant is a little expensive, for two entrees it came out to be roughly $35 and the portions run on the smaller side. They also charge an extra 18% for dine in. Overall the restaurant is clean and plenty of seating if you do decide to dine in. I have no clue why this place doesn't have a lower rating. I was expecting a great place but received a different experience. Customer service is severely lacking. The lady does not smile, just stares at you, and gives condescending responses to simple straight questions. The tofu in the pad see ewe was season-less, almost like it was boiled by itself and then placed on the dish. They charge you a 18% "Automatic Service Fee Gratuity" for eating there, even if you are by yourself, a party of 1. All she did was bring my food out. This is consistent delicious Thai food. The location is easy to find and they always answer the phone for orders. Your order will be ready exactly when they said it would be and there is no wait. Excellent customer service from start to finish. can't comment on the dining experience because I always order to go because it's so convenient and close to home. I think everyone who has rated this place has a different taste than me. I ordered a noodle dish and a beef soup. It was a really small place and they don't have a restroom. Um, doesn't every establishment need to have a restroom? I ordered togo and really had to use the restroom yet they didn't have one. I guess I can see why no one was eating there and ordered togo instead. They had trouble with my card and promised they weren't charging me double. I was timid about tipping (yes, I tip on togo order.... even when they don't have a restroom!) I got home and the noodles were ok and the soup was not as good as the girl at the counter made it sound. Ugh.... I would rather not recommend this place or return. This place looks small and a little off-putting when you first get there. One thing I have learned is DO NOT LET THAT CHANGE YOUR MIND. This place is family owned and has really great Thai food. Everyone is amazing and extremely tentative. Everything we ordered was spot in and fresh. We started off with the spring rolls which were hot when served. My favorite was the green curry with lamb shank (thai hot) and the red curry with chicken (hot). For dessert we ordered the sweet sticky rice with sliced mango. It was the best mango I've had and the sweet sticky rice was hot and fresh. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for anyone in the area who want some great tasting thai food!!! read more

I took my order to go because they are currently not open for dine in, which is a little disappointing since many other restaurants are currently allowing it. If you want decent Thai food, but also very poor customer service, come to this place. I used to order at least twice a week, but the woman is extremely rude and I'm looking for a new Thai spot. They burned the shrimp in my dish and I brought it back the next day (because it was unusual and I wanted to show her what I experienced, also I went straight to work after I picked up, by the time I got out they were closed). So when I brought it in, instead of just a "my bad" or whatever she picks through the day old food in front of me and contests that it looks fine and I should have brought it back the same day. Mind you I'd been a pretty loyal customer for the past two months. Been a while since I stopped in and decided to get some food today. I bleached my hair (I'm a black guy) and I understand that my appearance can be jarring, but "What the Hell did you do to your hair" in front of the whole restaurant (which isn't very big) isn't what I expected. Especially coming from a Thai woman in her 60s with green highlights. It was embarrassing and the first time I didn't leave a tip. She's not professional in person or on the phone, so get ready. So the service was not good, it almost made me leave. When arriving there, the lady who was not pleasant didn't great me for about 3 minutes(to be fair she was on the phone for 2 minutes). It is not a good place to sit down and eat either, they charge 18% gratuity if you sit down with no service and they have no restrooms at all. The food was mixed quality. The spring rolls tasted like they were old and we didn't finish them because the taste was so bad. The other food was better.
