Its a no for me. 3 small spring rolls (smaller than a reg spring roll) for 5 dollars is crazy. If there are two ppl now we have to play rock paper scissors for the 3rd one lol. I wouldn't call the dish l recieved Pad Thai, it had no bean sprouts, no cilantro, no peanuts and like little crumbs of egg. It was dry, I asked for additional sauce and the lady at the register did not help. Most of the dinning area is being used for storage so its not ideal to sit and eat there. Food overall was good but a bit on the expensive side. Also, I took a star off b/c I ordered all to go but sat and watched my food bagged and sitting while at least 3 other parties were helped that came in after me, the lady could have just handed me my food... I ordered the satay chicken, which was good. Wasn't quite a fan of the peanut butter sauce that comes with it, but the onion/ cucumber sauce was very tasty! The pineapple fried rice was great, but the beef was tough. Chicken coconut soup was good, but couldn't enjoy it because it was way too sweet. Tom Yum lemongrass soup was ok, I tasted more heat than flavor. Coconut cake was delightful, they use light icing. I may go back to try other dishes, but not in a rush. read more

I ordered a Chicken Coconut Lime Soup Tom Kha I love this soup. So full of flavor. I have had this soup for the past 20yrs. At Thai in a Box the service to go was excellent. The soup on the other hand was the worst ever. I got a quart. When I got home I poured for my son and I in 2 bowls. There were 8 total pieces of flat chicken barely enough for 3 tablespoon. There were soooo few mushroom pieces (maybe and that's a stretch) and the rest was liquid. Please stay away from this restaurant as they are cutting every corner. It's so sad because a few pieces of flat shredded chicken and maybe 1 white mushroom in my opinion is not worth the negative rating. The liquid was pure liquid due to nothing in it except for the few pieces of mushrooms and chicken. I stopped here one night before heading back home to Decatur since I love Thai food. The restaurant is very small in a tiny strip mall, with just a few tables inside. There was a teenage server that took my order and brought me my food, whom was very nice! The food itself was absolutely delicious. We eat here about twice a month. They are consistently good. The pad Thai, pad kee mow (drunken noodles) and pad see ew are our go to items. Service is decent. Prices are reasonable and portions large. We always get our food to go. The pad see ew doesn't always reheat well. I have passed this place many times when visiting the Conyers area. This was my first time ordering a meal here. The front entrance was very unassuming, nothing too flashy. I entered the restaurant and was greeted warmly by the staff at the register. I noticed the inside of the restaurant was small and they did have some tables set up for dine in seating. I asked for a menu, but then I just asked if they had Massaman Curry. He confirmed that they did have it, so I just ordered the Masaman Curry with Chicken and took the upcharge for the accompanying brown rice. I thought the price of $16, really $18 with tip was pretty expensive. The staff member advised that the food would be ready in 15 mins. I set a timer on my phone, left and came back. It was ready in a little over 15 mins, but very close. I could feel the food was steaming hot through the bag. When I got home and opened the bag, it looked like they gave me a nice amount of food. Then I tasted it. Winner Winner Winner!!! The Massaman had a sweet curry, with a nice amount of chicken, potatoes and veggies. It was delicious! Even though the price was a little high, I will be going back when I am in the mood for some good Thai food. read more

I was initially going to give this place 4-5 stars based on food alone...but after experiencing the dine-in atmosphere and the "to-go order" treachery**, I couldn't bring myself to do it. Came here with my grandma (who had never had thai food before!) The restaurant set up is a bit disappointing. Since it's primarily a take-out restaurant, the dine-in atmosphere is a bit like eating in a school cafeteria. I even had to move from my first seat because the bench was broken and sagged when I sat down. The only worker out front seemed to be a student (who was possibly home on summer vacation) and so the service moved a bit slow since it's quite popular for lunch time. As for the food flavors themselves...EXCELLENT! Our food was brought out PIPING HOT, just how I like it and everything tasted how I expected it to. ** My grandma enjoyed herself so much, she actually wanted to order another meal to go! We weren't in a rush and so I specifically ordered a "Panang curry" to go. After waiting ~10 mins the order comes out, but it is "Yellow curry" ..which wasn't what I ordered and wasn't what my grandma wanted. I notified the worker that there had been some sort of mixup and he (almost begrudgingly) took it back... another ~10 minutes go by and they bring out my "new" order all wrapped up and ready to go. I pay and we leave... it's not until a bit later when we open the order that we discover it's YELLOW CURRY. THEY LITERALLY TOOK MY WRONG ORDER BEHIND THE CURTAIN...WAITED FOR 10 MINS AND THEN BROUGHT IT OUT AGAIN hoping I wouldn't check...which I didn't because I trusted them to correct their mistake. Instead of correcting the order the workers gave me the WRONG order AGAIN (I guess so they wouldn't have to make a new batch/toss out their mistake)..which to me is just UNACCEPTABLE! To say I was disappointed is an understatement! It's what actually compelled me to leave a review. We ordered two servings of the "basil rolls" which according to the menu description were supposed to have basil (obviously), cucumber, shrimp and glass noodles. So imagine our surprise when we discovered there was absolutely NO Basil, cucumber, or noodles and only one piece of shrimp cut in half in each roll with a bunch of iceberg lettuce and a few carrot shreds. Unfortunately we ordered two servings of these and wasted almost $10. We would have called back for a refund on these since they weren't anywhere as described but they were already closed. After picking over it, we just ended up throwing it out. Also had the massaman salmon curry and green curry with shrimp. Both were super bland. The salmon looked good but seemed to be cooked without any salt or seasoning and then just had the massaman poured over it. The green curry is the worst I've had honestly. It was super creamy due to too much milk being added and not enough seasoning or salt and due to the lack of shrimp and other ingredients in the basil roll, I paid attention to how much shrimp was in the curry. I counted three. The only good thing was they didn't make it super spicy as requested, however I almost wish they had added more and maybe it would have been more flavorful. Hubby had the pad Thai with shrimp and said it was ok, not the best, not the worse. I understand a lot of small businesses are hurting but at least be honest with customers if you've ran out of ingredients or have altered items to the point where they're not as described on the menu. So there aren't too many options for Thai food in this part of town. We've been to this place probably five or six times now and we often order the same things that we know are reliable. The Massaman curry with chicken is really good, there are only a few places in and around Atlanta that we will order Massaman curry. The mistake that we keep making is ordering the basil rolls and the spring rolls each time and forgetting that they aren't even passable. The basil rolls barely have any basil, the ones tonight only had one small leaf of basil in the whole roll, one piece of shrimp cut in half and the rest was lettuce. There was no cucumber carrot or any other sort of vegetable as stated on the menu. The spring rolls are an order of three and they're about an inch and a half long and tiny, they have almost nothing inside of them just to be honest they remind me of the spring rolls you can buy at dollar tree where you get a pack of 10 for a dollar. All that said, the curry is good enough to have us come back. We've tried a few other things but keep coming back to this. Just a little more attention to the appetizers and I might add another star. The food gets 3 stars and I add a 4th one because the staff has always been very nice and accommodating. read more

Food was real good! Customer service was great! Portions we're of good size for the price you pay! We had one order of Pad Thai with beef and one order of Pad Thai with shrimp. They're really doing all they can to help with this COVID-19 issue. They have hand sanitizer available and they're sanitizing their iPad screen before and after you sign for you food and they're even sanitizing your card before handing it back to you. Definitely a 4* experience...with a great potential to get that 5th from me after a few more trips! read more

After reading all of the reviews I thought this place would be fantastic. I was severely disappointed. We ordered the Sriracha wings, crab rolls, Thai iced tea, and a ramune. The wings were about an inch and a half long and had the worst flavor. The crab rolls were inedible and tasted like the cream cheese had coagulated. The Thai tea just tasted like sugar.
