    Vegetable red curry w/noodles.
    Cheryse R.

The food was tasty, but pricey! The noodles soaked up most of the soupy curry sauce on the ride home.  Cost about $17/$18. I left the meat; I don't prefer chicken breast. No change in price.  I wasn't a fan of the price, but they made up for it in flavor. I had the medium spicy; wasn't spicy at all. The flavor was there. The staff was courteous.

The service at this restaurant is amazing! The place is quaint. It is clean. The food is the star of the show. My food was so good. The curry was very flavorful. I loved everything.

Food was hot and delicious! Pad see ew with some spicy chicken spring rolls. Thai iced coffee was absolutely delicious. Service was amazing. Quick and easy. Cute little restaurant. Very cozy and comfortable.

It was seasoned pretty good. But for $14 I thought the portion size would have been bigger! They also do not serve sticky rice. Bummer. I would return just because the food was seasoned well but wish the portion sizes were bigger for the price.

Found a large string in spring rolls that later gave my husband food poisoning.

We typically order from here or another Thai restaurant near us, but unfortunately this may have been the last time we order from here. We ordered the spring rolls and my husband found a large string in his. He had already taken a bite before his second bite where he found the string. Later that night around 2 a.m. he woke in severe pain and vomitted several times. He thinks the string could have been contaminated and gave him food poisoning. I hate to say I'm thankful I hadn't bitten into it, but at 8 months pregnant that could have been very dangerous for me.

Interior / Exterior They're located in a tiny strip mall across the street from Cobb Hospital on Austell Rd. (they're next door to McDonald's). Not their fault - but the parking lot in front of their storefront is riddled with huge, deep potholes - so be very careful. The interior is very VERY small. While I was there a young couple came in and placed an order and sat to wait. The way the 'dining room' is configured - they had to sit - staring forward - at me while I ate - it was very weird. I felt like I was in a performance art piece. Two coworkers arrived before I finished up and they were seated close enough to me that if I wanted to, I could extend my arm and touch the shoulder of the woman at the next table. I didn't see the Health Inspection score and I didn't check out the restrooms. (I used my hand sanitizer table-side.) My water glass was a little worse for wear (see pic) but the place seemed fairly clean. Customer Service Sasi (pronounced Sossi not Saucy - lol) was very sweet and accommodating but she is the owner, hostess, server, food runner and she takes phone orders. This made her somewhat forgetful. Food (see pics) My food was just 'ok.' My pineapple fried rice with chicken - that I asked to be made 'medium spicy' was mild and had very little chicken. (No stars deducted for this. I've come to accept the fact that ALL restaurants seem to be tightening their proverbial belts and those pre-Covid, gut-busting portions of meat that were good for 2 or more meals are are thing of the past.) Instead of several small pineapple tidbits, there were 4 medium sized pineapple chunks so it was hard to get that 'perfect bite.' Also, in my experience, pineapple fried rice is typically sweet overall. Theirs is not. My snapper (sauce on the side) was super 'fishy' and tough. Red snapper is typically a mild fish - this was so strong I was not able to enjoy it. And oddly enough - it was cold. I tried it as soon as she brought it to the table and it was cool - as though it had been sitting out for 30 or 40 minutes in very chilly room. Or as though it had been cooked, refrigerated, then pulled from the fridge to remove the chill. Now I'm wondering if they pre-cook the fish, then heat in the sauce, but because I asked for the sauce on the side, the had no way of easily heating my fish? On a positive note, I loved the presentation of this entrée - especially the literally-fish-shaped blue & white platter it was served on - and the vegetables were steamed to the perfect consistency. Sidenote - I typically ask for sauces on the side everywhere I go, not for any dietary or caloric reasons, but simply because I know I'm not going to be able to eat my meal in its entirety and re-heating my food without the sauce, later, is just so much easier. My pad see-ew was pretty good - a little mushy - but flavorful. Value Since the pandemic - and supply chain issues - everything seems pricier than usual to me. Lol. And I haven't eaten Thai food in a while. I will say that I'm used to Thai restaurants including salad or soup with your entrée and Thai of Austell does not. Also - there is a 3% upcharge for using your debit or credit card which I find really odd in this day and age when hardly anyone still uses cash. Overall A few minutes into my dining experience, I remembered that Matthew and I had dined here once, YEARS ago and our experience wasn't great. Now that I've been back a second time - I think it's safe to say that this spot isn't for me. Sasi is lovely but overwhelmed and the food didn't blow me away. And the space is too tiny (bordering on claustrophobic) for anyone to have a normal conversation during peak dining hours. I think they're an ok choice for carryout or delivery - as long as you stick to the basics like pad see-ew.

I was greeted immediately and Kyla asked me if I was there to place or pick up an order. I told her it was my first time. So, she approached me and shared EVERYTHING about Crumbl. They have different cookies weekly. This week they had some great choices but the Dubai cookie was sold out. They make all their cookies in house. So the classics include chocolate chip wich I had to order for hubby. A classic warm brown sugar cookie loaded with melty milk chocolate chips and rich semi-sweet chocolate chunks and a pinch of sea salt. She gave me all the recommendations and what her favs were. I also ordered S'mores cookies which were thin so they came in a set. Well they all did! I got a 4 pack for $17 but it was two cookies per favor. I got the red velvet, which were ok BUT OMG my favorite was the Cookie Butter Cookie Thins ft. Biscoff-Two thin cookie butter cookies rolled and baked with crunchy Biscoff pieces. THESE cookies will cause complete chaos if you dont be careful! The taste, warmth and oh THE TASTE again! I loved the crumbles on. I will most definitely go back. They do this for a living so it's not a surprise. See it here https://youtu.be/bN9SyE1O8TM The ice cream was so good and I loved that they had the birthday cake flavor. I'm just really disappointed in the customer service. The young lady who was taking my order was such in a rush, even though there was nobody behind me. I hated that she kept tapping her pin in a rush like she was tired of waiting on me. There was no Georgian sweet customer service. No genuine hello, no eye contact, no smile, no conversation at all. Then she points for me to tip her. There should not even be a tip function. It's fast food, they make more an hour than I ever did in fast food and I'm sure they live at home. I'm not giving my hard earned money anymore so people can party and buy fake nails. I will give it if I want to... People need to remember that tipping is for people who make less than minimum wage. The Youngboy was nice he gave me my ice cream but I had to ask for a spoon. It should be common sense to give each customer a spoon to eat their ice cream with when it comes and a bowl. And everybody needs a napkin. It just irritates me because I know Customer Service. I know fast food. I know the restaurant industry and I've managed. Can't stand incompetence and laziness.

When I went…read moreto the counter, I was initially told that they don't sell half gallons and that I would have to purchase two quarts for $13.99 each ($27.98). After I questioned this because I had just seen the half gallon online, the employee changed the order and said the half gallon was available--but the price at the counter was $25.99. I asked if they would honor the $23.99 online price, and they refused saying their system does not allow for price adjustments and to order it online. Instead of the owner resolving the issue or explaining the price difference, he walked to the back of the store and never returned to speak with me. I ultimately left without purchasing anything. I compared the prices at the Due West Marietta location and the half gallon is $18.99, I checked the online price again and noticed the Austell location was now showing $25.99 for the half gallon instead of the $23.99 I had seen earlier. So clearly the owner went to the back to change the price. I have been a regular customer here, but after this interaction with the franchise owner and the way the situation was handled, I will not be returning to this location. I hope Bruster's corporate office takes a serious look at both the pricing practices and customer service at this store.
