If i could i would rate this place less than 1 star. I ordered $55 worth if food @ 1245 this afternoon. Hubby bought it home - we stay 40 minutes away, put it in the fridge so I could have it for dinner tonight. It. Was. Awful. Horrible. I called the manager less than 15 minutes ago, explained the situation and she said it was MY fault because Iwaited 5 hours to eat. In what world/what economy should you NOT be able to reheat food? $55, I asked for SOME of my money back. She said no way and hung up on me. I called back she saud, I have customers snd I told you no way. What kind if customer service is this? I'm from Jersey so to find that this place has a whole wing(with the fly attached). The pupu platter is a winner!! The rib tips were delicious . Never knew how I would miss having a whole chicken wing. The fried rice house special of course. They also include duck sauce in the bag. I did these folks a disservice. I've been here several times and never updated my review. Over the last several years, I've developed a fondness for the boneless spare ribs. And their crinkle cut French fries. Yes - that's right they have crinkle fries. Lol. I also like the fact that they use yellow rice in their chicken fried rice. They use very little chicken so be prepared to pay more to add extra chicken. J likes their wings but doesn't love the rice like I do. He thinks it's too 'plain' so he typically gets wings and fries. Yes - we eat non-Chinese at a Chinese spot. The rest of the food I've tried hasn't thrilled me - but I think that's the way for a lot of Chinese spots. You find the dish you love and stick with it. One lady was so rude, I had to scribble my tip out on my credit card slip. I was gonna demand a full refund, but I knew that would get ugly real quick so I didn't bother. Today, the same nut who took my phone order was hostile and defensive when, after receiving my meal, I asked if they had any wrapped plastic forks. Right now, they have them in a bin, just loose and ready for craziness. So customers must stick their hands down in there to get them. Same thing with napkins. I don't know if another customer was in there earlier giving her the business and that put her in a funk, but she was definitely serving me a huge side of attitude I did NOT remember ordering. I think this is just a sign that I need to stay home and cook. 3.5 stars for food. 1 star for inconsistent but typically rude customer service. Also - to the customers who like to park in the fire lane when they run into get their food, please stop. You're lazy or fat or in a rush. Or some combination of all of the above. I get it because I am too. Lmbo. But I am literally being asked to make a recorded witness statement regarding an auto accident that happened in a circumstance just like this. The takeout service is the worst! The past 5 times we have ordered from there, some part of the order was incorrect (from something small like egg rolls to soup to whole meals or the wrong meal). Tonight, after getting yet another wrong order, I called to complain. The girl who answered the phone hung up on me. When I called back, she said, "I'm getting tired of talking about this." I love this place because when you'e in the mood for some chinese food and don't want to spend a lot of money or go sit down at a restaurant, you can stop by or call ahead and pick up some really good food in a hurry. they have a large menu, but I'm stuck on the Sesame Chicken. One order of any dish is enough to feed at least two very hungry people and 3-4 snackers. All meals come with a really big and tasty egg roll. The food is always piping hot when we get it too which is great if you'll be in the car a while before you eat it. Customer service is always great whether dining in (they have about 5 tables) or ordering to go. They are open until 10pm M-Th, until 1030p Fr-Sat and from noon to 930p on Sundays. Being new to the area, I have been in search of good Chinese food which I thought I'd never find after trying at least 7 places until I tried this place. I had been in search of that good up North Chinese food like back home in Jersey. That Chinese that's ready fast, nothing fancy, cheap and you can actually get in a pt or qt size box. Where the restaurant just has a few tables in case you want to sit and eat and you clearly see the pictures of the food on the wall behind the counter. Some may call this ghetto, I just see this as finally a REAL Chinese restaurant. Not like these other places with no combination or lunch platters, only one very expensive size to the food and the so called fried rice consisting of white rice with soy sauce on it. To the food Spring Rolls - crispy and lots of filling Vegetable fried rice - the rice is actually yellowish and not white or dark brown with soy sauce on it like it's SUPPOSED to be - FINALLY real Chinese fried rice, I was happiest seeing this Vegetable lo mein - tons of veggies and noodles weren't soggy Boneless spare ribs - great sauce, not too sweet, not too saucy, the way they're supposed to be Chicken and broccoli - good amount of sauce and crispy broccoli They allow you to take as much condiments and utensils as you like instead of other places that put in 2 packets of soy in your bag and look at you crazy if you ask for more. So yeah...a family member raved about the egg rolls here so I gave it a try. First off, upon ordering, there was a language barrier to where I had to keep repeating my order and making sure there was an understanding about what I wanted. Secondly, when my order was ready there was no call or text alerting me of my order being ready. Luckily, we parked close enough to see bags sitting on the table. It's now time to eat and we noticed that one of the 2 shrimp rolls we purchased were filled with nothing but vegetables. I returned to the establishment to explain the mix up and then again, no alert when the food was ready. When my sister approached the window, a small plate with a cut open egg roll it was explained that there was shrimp inside but it was a whole different roll than the one I returned with all veggies. The young lady was very rude and walked away midway through the conversation. I called to complain and the same young lady answered the phone being rude and not being truthful about who she was and was playing childish games when asked questions. RUN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION!!! We arrived at 11:05 a.m. today. Normally the food is very good, the service is quick and the customer service is excellent. We ordered egg fu young to go. It's basically scrambled eggs mixed with vegetables and served with a brown gravy on the side. We were the only customers in the restaurant, we placed our order then sat down to wait. In the past this order takes 15 minutes to prepare. At 11:20 I realized there were no cooking sounds coming from the kitchen. I went to the counter and there was no one in the kitchen. The lady working the counter appeared from the back of the kitchen, I asked why our food wasn't being prepared. She said something about egg fu young being one of the most complicated dishes to make and that he was having to gather something, I assumed she was referring to the cook. I told her we needed to get back to work and asked how much long it would take? She said 5 minutes, I sat the timer on my phone and went back to the table to wait. At 11:30 the food still wasn't ready, we asked for a refund and the lady behind the counter insisted the food was coming. This was a lie it still took another 15 minutes before the food came out. In speaking with another customer waiting on his food we found out that the restaurant had been sold and these are new proprietors then it all started to make sense. I cook enough to know disorganization when I see it. At 11:45 a.m. we finally got the food and the lady behind the counter tried to tell me that the white rice took a long time to cook. Don't most Chinese restaurants use a rice steamer. When I finally got back to the office to eat the food I was further disappointed, it was terrible. The food was bland, poorly seasoned and the brown gravy was oily. That was not an experience will ever have again. We will have to find another Chinese food restaurant close to work. I wouldn't recommend this place to an enemy - nobody deserves poor service and bad food like this. read more

I'm always impressed with their service here. Even though I'm often picking up my order at the last minute - literally just a few minutes before they close at 10 - they never rush me or make me feel like an inconvenience like other places do. The first time I ordered there, I got General Tso's combo meal, egg drop soup and spring rolls. The soup was really good, the spring rolls meh, and the general tso's was the typical GIGANTIC serving I've come to expect of most take-out chinese food restaurants. The entree itself was slightly underwhelming, but I got three meals out of it so hey - I obviously wasn't complaining. On my second visit, I ordered the Hunan chicken - which is sauteed chicken with mixed veggies in a slightly spicy sauce. I've tried this dish at many other restaurants, but this is the BEST I've had since moving to the Atlanta area. From that visit on, the hunan chicken is the only dish I get from here, and it's the reason I give them 5 stars! All the other chinese take out places in the Powder Springs area don't even compare - even though they don't deliver, Dragon 168 is totally worth the drive to pick it up! read more

This is without exception the worst Chinese in the area. i ordered from them tonight because our normal, House of Liu III, is closed. I ordered but it did not seem to go through so I was just going to pay them when there. I gave them sufficient time and drove over there to find Chaos outside. Several people were milling around a handwritten sign telling us to call the number listed on the sign. I did and said I was here to pick-up my order. Another person was bringing them to the door where there was a makeshift dropbox. I watched several people pickup so I followed them and finally got my order after screaming at her through the glass that it was ok to charge my card. It was a large order and heavy, as I turned to go back to my car the bag broke and there was Chinese food everywhere. After more discussion, they brought me a replacement order and I came home to eat. I ended up throwing most of it away. The chicken was so tough that I could not chew it and only one person was able to eat it at all. It was a first and last visit for me and I have never been a Chinese restaurant thew could foul up Sesame Chicken or Chicken and Vegetables. In both of them, the chicken was cooked to death and tough. I threw out my Spring Rolls after one bite and my partner ditched his Egg Roll said they tasted like nothing. The Won Ton soup was boring and the Hot and Sour was simply not good. In other words, the entire meal at $38 was ridiculous. One customer down. For quick food on the go, this is your place. I visited on an off - week day night. the place was dead. I ordered an appetizer and fried rice. The prices here are mid-road and equivalent to other Chinese restaurants in the area. I think some of the prices are below what you would expect at a white cloth sit down location. I liked my food. the fried rice was a bit on the greasy side, but the appetizer was very good. There is good value in the price, soup, rice, + app for about $6 They are located in the publix shopping center along with M&J country buffet (which is also good). I've tried this place before a couple of times and I liked it. I noticed that they have built a takeout window to avoid coming inside during the pandemic so I gave them another try. As I ordered I was parked in the very front and I specifically stated that I wanted my food "spicy". They told me ten minutes which is standard. About one minute later I noticed a to go bag placed on the table. I waited ten minutes and pulled up and low and behold that was my food that had been placed on the table within one minute of placing my order! Therefore, my food was not specifically made like I requested. Secondly, they apparently just scooped up my food and put it in a takeout tray. It's a lunch special, I get it, but when I got home the brown sauce was clumpy and overall just disgusting. It was never made fresh. I also had a ton of rice and maybe one scoop of the entree. The lunch special comes with your choice of soup which I was unaware of but they did not ask me if I even wanted soup. This experience was so disrespectful and it demonstrates the upmost poorest customer service experience in a Chinese restaurant that I have ever experienced.
