Ok time to give them the stars they deserve now. Someone has been listening and updated the takeout containers so my stuff isn't spilling anymore so I can enjoy it properly now. I've never dined in but I've been continuously ordering even with the mishaps. I won't lie but some of their foods can be hit or miss. Some items are very delicious and some are just not good. However they do have generous portions for the price they charge. Some of the items I've ordered - I always go back for their yum pla muck (squid salad) it's so bomb. The seafood salad is good too it's the same flavor. The beef pho was surprisingly good as well and came with plenty of beef slices. Their pad see eww and drunken noodles are okay nothing special for both. Chinese sausage fried rice is okay as well. Some of their fried rice and fried noodle dishes could use a bit more flavoring. Their spring rolls are huge! But overly stuffed with bean sprouts. Papaya salad I'm sorry but that's a no for me. I even put it in the comments to make it Lao style but it just did not taste good. Sadly, cannot recommend from my experience. This place is on the way home from work so I called in a take-out order of pad thai with shrimp. I was very specific about the pick it up time. Seemed like they didn't drop the order until I got there, like an oversight. When I got home and tried it, my disappointment really kicked in. Pad thai is a CLASSIC dish and, for me, a great test of a Thai restaurant's abilities. If this dish isn't right, nothing else will be. This was a mess of sticky noodles with a sauce that almost seemed like ketchup with a hint of fish sauce. I ordered it medium spicy, but had to slather it with Sriracha to get any proper heat. Pad thai should be complex with egg and peanuts and textures. So, poor service, meh food. They did have parking, however. read more

Friend and I arrived for an early dinner. There were a few parking spots left in this quaint shopping center. We were seated within seconds of walking in and noticed the room was almost at capacity. Shortly after, our server took our drink order which was fulfilled within minutes. I ordered the pompano fried fish in a delicious Thai brown gravy sauce served with a bed of onions and bell peppers. The first and second time i assumed a rough day but this last time was just too much. While explaining, the woman interrupts and says "yea yea yea what is it u need!" Ever since last year, we have been here plenty of times & ordered to go plenty of times & never had a bad experience. & when we go, our servers are usually the same & we have NEVEEER had an issue. The Panang Curry that we usually always order was very bland & the chicken was tough, the pad Thai we always order was cold & also lacked flavor, I even asked for spice level 4 & it didn't taste like it at all... it was overall extremely disappointing. & the worst part was the service!! As someone who works in HR & Management for the food service industry for 11+ years, the customer service we got recently was the WORST I've ever experienced in my life. It left the most nastiest taste to our experience I sadly won't come back & sadly would NOT recommend people to go here. The server we had was extremely rude & unhappy since the moment we sat down. I even listened to her answer call in orders with such a disrespectful tone & even admitted she hung up on a caller. With her bad attitude & service we got, I asked for her name & she said IDA. & what's worse is she kept asking me why I was asking as I didn't care to respond anymore with how poor of service we got & her pissy attitude. She then proceeded to say there was nobody else who worked there other than her & her daughter & she has been there for 12 years. I pray the owner finds this review.
