RUDE & HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I am totally dissatisfied and disappointed with an experience I've had at this establishment. I sent for a carry out just before they closed on 7/6/17. When I received my food it was incorrect. I called back but they had already closed, so no answer. Today on 7/7/17, I brought the food back, & asked for a refund due to the meal being incorrect. I ordered basil fried rice with chicken. There was no chicken in it at all. While at the restaurant today, I was told that I could not have my money back nor would they remake my order. I live in this community & I patronize Thai Time often. At this point I feel totally upset & totally not appreciated. I could not enjoy my meal and I could not have my money back. In addition, I was met with rudeness when I asked for a refund. I was told that it's my fault, I should have checked my order before I left and no I could not have a refund. I was also told that I could call the health department and complain if I wanted to. This is not how you treat customers, especially loyal customers as myself. It is not good business practice to tell a customer that it is their fault that their meal is incorrect. It shouldn't matter when I notice the error, if there's an error you should try to correct it. read more

Great food. Pretty much everything is made to order. Used a restaurant.com coupon (showed it to them on my iphone). They honored it with no complaints. Courteous staff members. Good portion sizes. I have already returned after visiting several weeks ago. If you are a large group, come early. They have mostly booths that comfortably fit 4. We found this place on accident on our way home (to Roswell) from Savannah. The food was awesome and very reasonably priced. We had pretty basic dishes (chicken fried rice, glass noodles I think they called angel noodles, a chicken and vegetables dish, and a couple of appetizers), and all were very, very good. Great tofu, and awesome crab cheese puffs (different flavor than traditional crab rangoon, but super yummy). The reviewers that wrote that the prices are high are crazy. $10 for a huge portion of noodles or rice is better than I ever see at home. The food came out fast, and the server was very attentive. We will definitely stop again on our next trip through McDonough. I can't wait to try other things on the menu! read more

I went in 5 minutes after they opened and ordered 2 orders of spring rolls to go. I was told it would take 10 minutes. 30 minutes later (and I was still the ONLY customer in the restaurant), my order was ready. The "sauce" tasted like a mixture of molten lava and hot sauce and was thrown away after one bite. The rolls consisted of the smallest shrimp I've ever seen in my life, very little fresh basil AND 95% rice noodles. They charged almost $2.00 for each roll and each roll was actually worth maybe 25 cents.....We will NOT be going back to Thai Time...You don't get a second chance to make a first impression and our first impression was, "Not EVER coming back here cause there's a really good Thai restaurant 5 miles away." read more

Finally there is a great authentic Thai food down south. Beside the delicious food, it is very clean and has great family atmosphere. The lamb steak, seafood salad, and whole red snapper is our favorite. Don't take my words for it, go taste it yourself. read more

This is one of my favorite places here in McDonough. to eat. Mainly because of the Fresh Basil Rolls. They are my favorite item on the menu and I am glad I don't have to drive to Forrest Park anymore to get them. Also the Pad Thai Noodles are great. I always get them Spicy and Thai Spicy. This only gets 3 stars because of the service. The food is excellent, they make some good spicy Pad Thai noodles. The waitress has a huge attitude problem and made me feel very unwelcomed. Ive been to Thai Time 3 times because I really enjoy the food and thought I would give the restaurant another chance. The waitress however has been the same every time. Sorry Thai Time, you are good but your waitress drove me off. Good thing there are 5 other Thai restaurants 5 miles away. read more

Over time I hear this place is good. When I went there I order the pad Thai and spring rolls. When it finally came the pad Thai didn't taste right and found a roach in the food. I was sicken what I seen. So paid my food never to return after what I seen. Asking myself how there roach in this place? The outside may look clean but looking over the kitchen from the covers was dirty and nasty and seen roaches clawing out of there. They don't use glove to pick the vegetable prepared the food with there own bare hands. Severing there customer without knowing. This is a red flag ppl you are risking to get sick from there of poorly food safety. I would not recommend eating there. You been warn. I hope the Heath department don't overlook this and examine closely. read more
