Peanut curry special of the day
    Paige T.

Solid but not outstanding Thai food in Idaho. I was super impressed by the quick service- we walked in, ordered, and our food was ready about 10 minutes later (and super hot/fresh!) They clearly do a lot of takeout orders and are efficient, but we ate in. The fresh spring rolls had 2 delicious sauces- highly recommended. They used chicken instead of shrimp, but that didn't deter me. The chicken satay was well-seasoned. Drunken noodles were spicy at a 2/5 spice level, but were missing depth of flavor. My husband loved the peanut curry special of the day, and the two-compartment takeout container was helpful in combining the curry and rice. I'd return and try a different noodle dish, and get the yummy spring rolls again.

We went for a quick lunch date today and got to try a few things on their lunch menu. Their lunch menu ranges from $8-$11 and you can get an appetizer, entree, and drink for $11. The pad thai and drunken noodle were very good. We both chose a 3/5 on spice and it didn't disappoint . Definitely will come back!!

I got the pad Thai lunch special to-go twice in one week. It was less than $12 for a huge serving of pad Thai, an eggroll, a wonton, and a drink!! Service was very friendly both times I went in, I did order online and take it to go so I haven't spent much time inside but it looks very clean and very happy vibes. HIGHLY RECCOMEND!!!!!!

Thai Zap is hands down the best Thai food in Pocatello! This restaurant is always consistent on fantastic flavors. If you like spicy food, Thai Zap has the best heat level and can give you true heat when you ask for a 5! Their menu even offers gluten free alternatives. Some of my go-to favorites are red curry, drunken noodles, and pad thai. During my recent visit, one member of my party wanted their red curry a little sweeter and they happily accommodated by adding pineapple. Thai Zap staff are friendly and attentive! If you are in need of some Thai comfort food, this is your place!

You can't go wrong here! This truly is the best Thai food in Southeast Idaho. Whenever I'm passing through Pocatello I stop at this place. They used to be a food truck but now opened a permanent location. If you like authentic Thai, you will like this place. The fresh spring rolls are amazing. The peanut sauce is delicious. All of the curries I have had are awesome. The Pad Thai is also great.

Food comes out fast and delicious, prices are just right. Pad thai lacks some flavor.

Best Thai food in poky by far. Service is a bit slow at times but they are getting it figured out. Haven't had a bad meal yet

Not only is this the BEST food truck in town, it's also the best food in town. Everything is made to order, and the staff is amazing.

Absolutely the BEST Thai in town! I am addicted and it's the only place in town that I crave on a regular basis

We both ordered hibachi from the dining room. I asked if they forgot to use garlic butter in the rice like they do when you sit at the grill and learned they do not use garlic butter on the dining room side. Also, the cook needs to make sure that people sitting together should receive the same amount of protein on plates they serve. My husband commented that he received quite a bit more protein on his plate than what I was served. Very disappointed two visits in a row.

They don't even know the BASICS of waiting tables. It's too pathetic to get into in depth, but if you're not from Pocatello and similar cultures, you'll see the issues if you're unlucky enough to go here. I mean, take a drink order early! KNOW your menu-published specialty drinks (especially when they are as pedestrian as these)! When a guest asks for "clear tequila," rather than gold, don't go bring the sometimes bartender out to the table for explanation!!! My gawd... but a clue. Here's a fkg fabulous example of being farm-country-clueless; in 2025, at a SUSHI RESTAURANT, they don't have low sodium Soy Sauce!!! Because I was eating a the sushi bar, I asked the chef for "low sodium soy sauce." "Low sodium soy sauce???" Yeah....he had to go ask WTF I was asking for. They brought me 5 little green plastic packets of Low Sodium Soy Sauce!!! They are SO FKG CLUELESS it makes me angry that Good Restaurants went out of business with Covid, and this obscene Sht show is still open! But after all, it's "just in Pocatello ID! These bohunks will never know any better, but my fellow travelers will!
