I'm not sure it was chicken. I am not sure what kind of meat it was. All of the food had a slightly moldy taste. In addition, the lady that worked there was very unfriendly as had been stated in previous reviews. I know that a different family runs the restaurant than had previously. I don't know who owns the restaurant now. The quality has really declined in the last 10 years. I was excited with the move to the old Burger King but I don't see how they will stay in business without improving quality and service. Sad.

The phone rang nonstop and I quickly figured out that this is more popular for takeout than dining in. The dining room is rather small and has a LOT of crystal on display. (A bull in China Lily would have a field day, but I digress.) The only negative: even for dining in, meals are served in styrofoam containers...nooooo! Cups are styrofoam. Utensils are single-use plastic. While I love the food I am guilt-ridden about the waste. Please, Lily, consider real plates and flatware and paper takeout containers. We will love you even more!!

Theres not terrible many vegetable options maybe 3 or 4 but a good amount of fruit. there was also no plain rice only yellow with vegetables . I really enjoyed the skinnier noodles though as seen in the picture. Since it's a buffet the service isn't a big deal they got me my water and I was satisfied . I would go again if I were prowling the streets of escanaba once more and needed a budget friendly dirty bulk
