I'm very picky about my eyebrows and admittedly had doubts about a student's ability. My uncertainties were put to rest when Laney brought me back to the room. Her warm demeanor and smile immediately brought a comfort to the appointment. We ended up having a great conversation while she painlessly pulled the hair out of my face. (Seriously though, this was the least painful wax job I've ever had!) My eyebrows are really thick and it's not uncommon for them to end up slightly uneven after being waxed. Not this time! Laney did a beautiful job and truly put care and effort into her work. Though small parts of my face did still have wax on it when I got into the car (I didn't notice until later), I don't really have anything bad to say about my appointment. Each person working was kind, accomodating and professional. The building itself was very clean (one employee was even spot cleaning between customers) and did not have a strong hairspray/chemical smell like some places.
