For parents out there, our boy is 1.5 years old and it went so well. Paige was very gentle with our boy but also pretty fast and easy. We are so happy with how everything went! Ps this barbershop has so much to look at, especially while your little one is getting a haircut no screens needed. So many cute details and funny photos of chewbacca getting a haircut, legendary pink Floyd album cover, etc. I love the place. Love the people. Such a nice easy going atmosphere! I also booked this appointment online and I learned that it is okay to book any spot that is open but was advised to book ahead as they get quite busy. But the BEST part was, apparently they have a loyalty program and I ended up getting $12 off of the price! As if I needed a reason to go back to Chatters (both Nanaimo and Victoria have great hair dressers), now I'm definitely not getting my hair done anywhere else!

She has given me two great hair cuts now and I am looking forward to the next. She listens carefully to what you want and executes your needs well. The salon is larger than I expected. There are at least 4 stylists who are all very friendly and seem to equally great work. The boutique part is a small collection of clothing and accessories that are actually quite nice and would be something I would weave if I needed more clothing. They are a little on the smaller side and not too many large sizes. One can get an appoinment quite easily and often on the same day which is nice if you are visiting and in need of a professional to do your hair. Give it a try! I am sure you'll like it.
