I was recommended this groomer by my vet. When I started with her a year ago I was told the amount…read morewas $95. Which was much more than other groomers but worth it because she's mobile and comes to your home which was awesome. Six months later she told me $125 when she finished the grooming. I disagreed and told her I was not aware of a price increase. She said ok, you're "grandfathered" in. She did two more groomings. Then today she showed up and said $145 before I even brought my dog outside. I told her again no. She then told me it was $165?!!!!!!!

She said she knew exactly what to do. The dog is a mini poodle and she looks like a plucked chicken. She was clipped down to less than half an inch.I think $165 is outrageous after being quote $125 . Please take warning of how this women pulls a bait and switch. And after all is said and done, she said to me, I didn't have to tip her since I was paying $165.

I called so many places but none were still in business until I called Sustainable Pooch! We were able to drop our dogs off with Genie who watched our girls overnight. Usually the sitters stay where you are staying, but we are only in a camper so I was thrilled Genie could take our girls in. Our dogs loved her, and she sent a picture at the end of the night of them snuggling with her! I was thrilled to see this, because we were in a strange town and I may or may not have missed them already. ;) Definitely give them a call for any petsitting needs you have in Key West!
