I called Dr Tom at Key West Vets and Pets, twice and went into the White Street office on one occasion to be told by the secretary Mickey, a different vet (who was not involved in the cats visit and we had not ever met since becoming a patient in 2018) had given me the blood results over the phone and that was the end of the story. I asked Mickey to confirm my cell phone number and told her I had not spoken to anyone regarding the cats blood work results. I never spoke to this other, fictitious veterinarian and can prove it through my Verizon call log. I re-requested to Mickey, for the blood test results on three separate occasions totaling over $550 and NEVER RECEIVED THE RESULTS. DO NOT EVER PAY CASH TO THIS BUSINESS. DR TOM AND MICKY (secretary) ARE SCAM ARTISTS. I would give a score of ZERO if possible!! Very sad people like this exist in this world to take advantage of sick animals and their caring owners; that are strapped for money on higher food and gas prices. Sent an email of my experience to the DVM/owner, Lisa Bramson, and she doesn't care enough about her business to even respond. Seems they mistakenly called me at 9 o'clock at night a few days after I sent my email as my phone only rang once as I went to pick up the call. The staff cares more about how clients are spending their money - the money that SUPPORTS their business - rather than the well being of their pets. They also like to openly discuss their dislike of various breeds - breeds that come into their care and also SUPPORT their business - while said breeds and owners are still in the building and can hear those discussions. Specifically, Dr. Michael Wilson should probably work on being more discreet. If you love your pets and want to be able to trust the hands you are allowing to care for them, definitely do not take them here.
