I must say, it was a great dealing with Henry. He is very helpful and would ask me more then once if everything was good, took pictures for me to see progress. Just a really good experience. He even repair a leak on my roof for practically nothing. One more thing, when my husband and I bought the home, originally we had gotten quoted from two companies what we wanted done, and Henry beat their prices!! I will be using him again to update my kitchen in a couple of months. It kind of reminds me of that saying, don't judge a book by its cover. So glad I decided to go with my neighbors suggestion.

When the doorbell rang this morning before 7:45am, I was very surprised to see Mike at the door…read more There was no reminder call, text, or email of this service call. They came in and rearranged the logs and suggested we purchase a new fan since the one we had was not working. We were told we would be charged $300-$350 for the fan, even though this part is much more affordable online. We were also told it would be $250 for him just showing up. When my partner asked if he took credit, he said yes and that the total would be $500. For less than 20 minutes of work, this really seemed like extreme price gouging. When my partner checked our account we were charged $600. My partner immediately called Mike to inquire about this undisclosed price change, Mike apologized and said he would refund $100. However, not even 2 minutes had past when Mike called back to argue that it should be $600 and not $500. His poor math at check out should not be at my detriment. We have many cameras in the house and $500 was heard clearly as the total. A text argument then began. Mike stated that if we needed the $100 so badly he would refund it because he didn't want us to not be able to eat for the week. I found this to be very rude and condescending. No, $100 is not a lot of money these days, but it is the principal. We will never recommend anyone call this man for service. He most definitely takes advantage of people.
