This is a second home so the next time we came down and opened the door you could really smell the gas leak! I bought a gas detector at Home Depot and found the gas coupling at the feed valve was leaking. This was on a weekend but I needed to get this fixed for my family's sake. I gently tightened the coupling the rest of the way after finding it loose by about a 1/4 turn. Retested and the leak was gone. Dunno perhaps they were in a rush to get to another job but darn - that was kinda dangerous.

He even repair a leak on my roof for practically nothing. When the doorbell rang this morning before 7:45am, I was very surprised to see Mike at the door…read more There was no reminder call, text, or email of this service call. They came in and rearranged the logs and suggested we purchase a new fan since the one we had was not working. We were told we would be charged $300-$350 for the fan, even though this part is much more affordable online. We were also told it would be $250 for him just showing up. When my partner asked if he took credit, he said yes and that the total would be $500. For less than 20 minutes of work, this really seemed like extreme price gouging. When my partner checked our account we were charged $600. My partner immediately called Mike to inquire about this undisclosed price change, Mike apologized and said he would refund $100. However, not even 2 minutes had past when Mike called back to argue that it should be $600 and not $500. His poor math at check out should not be at my detriment. We have many cameras in the house and $500 was heard clearly as the total. A text argument then began. Mike stated that if we needed the $100 so badly he would refund it because he didn't want us to not be able to eat for the week. I found this to be very rude and condescending. No, $100 is not a lot of money these days, but it is the principal. We will never recommend anyone call this man for service. He most definitely takes advantage of people.
