    The beauty of the decor.

This place has it all. Great menu choices, friendly staff, fair prices, and an awesome staff. Why don't they sell mimosas on Sunday? NO MIMOSAS ON SUNDAY!

That Flippin Egg on Mike Padgett Hwy. Food: My wife and I had a great brunch, the food was cooked nicely and tasted really good. The omelet was stuffed full of the ingredients i had order, hash brown cook to perfection and my biscuit was buttery and flaky. The BLT was packed with bacon, yes bacon with fresh lettuce and tomato. Service: The service was great, we were greeted at the door with a smile then seated. Our server was patient, friendly and accommodating. Ambiance: I really like the decor of this restaurant, it give off a 50's vibe. The booth seat are reminiscent of my mother plastics covered furniture from back in the day. Recommendation: I really enjoy the customer service, the vibe of the decor and the food was delicious. Highly recommend!

This is a relatively new breakfast spot in Augusta open from 6am-2pm. It has an old school diner look and feel complete with juke boxes on the booth tables. The menu is pretty standard for a breakfast spot with the exception of the corned beef hash which you can't get at most chain breakfast eateries. Staff was friendly, and the food came out pretty fast. The meal was prepared as requested and was very tasty. If your in the Augusta area you should give this spot a try.

Eggs Benedicts are not poached eggs..pseudo fried...served on not so good English muffins with yucky hollindaise....will not be back!

Breakfast was on point! Super good! And service was excellent. We did have a long wait for a party of 6, even though there are plenty of booths for large parties, because it was the breakfast rush. It has more space than a Waffle House, but still not a huge location. Couldn't have asked for a friendlier server though. Even with a lot of people, our server, Stephani was top notch and we can't wait to go back!

I had the banana nut waffle (delicious!) with a side of bacon, my husband had a strawberry waffle with eggs, bacon, and hash browns. He cleaned his plate (he doesn't often do this), and my waffle was so big I couldn't finish! We thought the service staff were welcoming and attentive. I was surprised that there weren't more people at the restaurant, given that we went on a Monday and many places aren't open then. There was some road construction (and we aren't from Augusta) so it was slightly hard to find. But I'm glad we made it--I'm planning to take my daughters back tomorrow!

Our server was incredibly sweet, and we felt genuinely welcomed from the moment we walked in. Because every dish is made from scratch to ensure freshness, be prepared for a bit of a wait. We also had to make some adjustments to our initial order because a few items were unavailable, but we still ended up with a solid meal. My girlfriend had the turkey bacon, the COE cakes (which are delicious hash browns), and the classic sweet waffles. I went with the beef quesadilla and the classic lemonade, which comes with free refills. The quesadilla was a great choice and the hash browns were very tasty. The waffle had a great flavor and was nice and soft, though it was served a bit cold. One thing to keep in mind is the presentation; the food is served on plastic plates with plastic silverware. While we tried not to let that affect our judgment since we were there for the food, presentation does eventually matter. Also, the temperature inside was a little warmer than I'd like--it was about 58 degrees outside, but that coolness definitely didn't translate to the dining room. It wasn't a dealbreaker, but it was noticeable. The most important thing to know before you go is that they only accept cash tips. It's a bit of a strange policy in this day and age since most people don't carry cash, especially when you're already using plasticware for the meal. They do have CashApp if you think to ask, but it's easy to forget if you aren't prepared. I really hope the staff is being taken care of if people forget their cash! Overall, the food was good, the service was great, and I didn't feel like my time was wasted. It's a nice local spot for a fresh, handmade breakfast

We started with the Pineapple Mimosa carafe ($18 for about 4 mimosas--great value!), but the real star was the Apple Cider mimosa we ordered later. I highly recommend starting with the cider! As a farm-to-table spot, the 30-minute wait for food was completely reasonable and well worth it. My Chicken and Waffles were cooked to perfection; honestly, the best I've ever had. My girlfriend's breakfast platter was equally impressive, specifically the house-made jam, which was a fresh, standout highlight. We finished with the Hello Honey and Cinn Full iced coffees to go, both of which were incredible. After a week in Augusta, this is my highest recommendation!"

The service is friendly and sometimes the kitchen can be slow, but the food is generally very good. The portions, to include the kids portions, are very generous. Starting with our drinks, we both had coffee-which I would return for the coffee alone! It was bold, curious, mysterious and honestly had me asking for the name of the coffee before I left! We had a server in training, so two servers! Both were outstanding! Quick to refill our drinks and remove plates that were empty. The food.....let me just say I not only spoke with management, I also was able to speak with the head chef to give my praise. I am not one to sing false praise, trust me. When I tell you I have never, ever, had a brunch as delicious as his!!! I am a French toast connoisseur, and his was a 12/10! There was not one bite of food that wasn't outstanding. I was truly impressed, with his creativity and his attention to detail because it shined like a diamond from the front of house all the way down to the sweet lady filling the cakes when I was taking my pictures for this review! "Let me get it all full and pretty now before you get those pictures!" I mean, if she wasn't just the sweetest thing, and took 100% pride in her work. Same with the gentleman working the omelet station. He came in the day before to prep the fish (which is a long day of work!) The love they put into each dish truly shines through effortlessly! With permission, personally, I would suggest they rename their Sunday Brunch to "Soul-filled Sunday Brunch" because #1 I left ready to go to sleep! #2 I had a religious experienced during that meal, in blessings and dining I have only ever had at Church Potlucks! #3 It elevated some fancy and some common foods to such heights, I was expect to be hearing gospel music while I ate! #4 Personally, I hope heaven's banquet table is much like today's-full of love, flavor and most importantly-community! Everyone from other diners enjoying their brunch to servers, sous chefs to the top man himself-not one person wasn't smiling from ear to ear. It's been near a decade since I've seen that many smiling people all in one place! While I will have to limit how often I come for Brunch lest my clothes start shrinking! Best of all, a percentage of all their sales goes back directly into Helms College (located in the same shopping center.) Helms college offers hands-on education in culinary arts, health services, and industrial trades like HVAC/R. Keep up the amazing work, I eagerly look forward to dining with you again!
