Also, there are steps and can be a substantial amount of steps to get up to the room depending on your room number. My only complaint is - we stayed during a light snowstorm. Although the snow was light, the stairs weren't cleaned and got slippery as we were walking to and from our room to the lobby. Would have liked to see the crew dusting off the steps.
