The 411 Pub is amazing! The food is great and reasonably priced. This service was second to none. And the ambiance was comfortable and friendly. They don't welcome you and walk pass your table with no eye contact. After about 10-15 minutes they give you menus and take drink order. After 5-8 more minutes you get your drinks. Then 5 minutes your order is taken and then you wait and wait. Soda drinks are watered down. Crazy! Try and get a refill prior to food. O yeah, still waiting on that. Only order 3 burgers and fries. 1 pulled pork with onion rings. Been 30 minutes. I will end this and still no food or refill. Last time here.... no more chances. Ugh..... read more

Sat down and looked at their specials in the binder and we were there during happy hour. So, I asked about the drink specials that were listed in the binder and was told they don't offer those anymore. It's not difficult to print out a new page and swap out the one in the binder. I did try their Christmas Ale and it was tasty! Wish it was on special - I would have enjoyed more than one. Food wise, I tried the meatloaf. It had excellent flavor and the included green beans and mashed potatoes were excellent. The gravy included with the dish complimented the mashed potatoes and meatloaf very well. Others at my table ordered the Sampler Platter, Haus Burger and Martian Bowl. The Sampler Platter offered an assortment of wings, fried pickles, cheese sticks and a cheese quesadilla. We asked for hot sauce, but that never came. The Haus Burger was good - nothing over the top, but it was good. The Martian Bowl was interesting -- a bunch of goodies all mixed together with gravy on top. It had a lot of flavor - thanks to that gravy heap on the top of the bowl. All of the food items were good to excellent. Service was okay, just wish the refills on water and pop came more often. While we ate, we got to enjoy some good (older) music, which we enjoyed. The inside of the pub had PLENTY of seats, with several seats up at the bar as well. It was also very clean inside. read more

This place is decent but given they're supposed to be known for their BBQ I was surprised their ribs didn't come with any sauce. They had good flavor all on their own but I would have liked to try it with sauce. The sides definitely left something to be desired--potatoes were bland and mac 'n' cheese was just ok, cornbread was burned. read more

We sat on the patio which was nice. Friendly wait staff. There was a limited menu the day we met but the food was good.

This place is a gem. A small town pub with a great atmosphere. The staff is polite and attentive. The BBQ is true smoked BBQ, not just an electric oven and smoke flavor. Huge tap beer selection and at least 30 different whiskeys/bourbons. I'm not sure if the other reviews were meant to keep this place a secret or not, but it's out. Give it a try! read more

Two stars because the atmosphere and service is good. We really want to like this place because there aren't many other places around. Unfortunately the food is not worth it. We gave it several tries and different items from the menu but nothing is good. We won't be back. read more

LeRoy: I had the brisket. It was very flavorful and juicy, but a little tough. I think if I were to come back I would try the meatloaf or ribs. All in all, not bad! Katie: My grandpa recommended the Mac Burger, so I took him up on it. Let me tell you what, it was not a mistake! The Mac and cheese was delicious, but the burger was the juiciest I have ever had. Food was sub par. Nothing to bring us back. Was convenient while in town for a local high school game.

My burger was raw. Sent it back and I was given the same burger, slightly brown on the edges, but still raw in the middle. The waitress said a quick "sorry" and left it at that. (Did ask for the bill to be adjusted accordingly and it was). Also, the restaurant reeked of tobacco smoke. We won't return. read more

Just ordered 2 medium Burgers. Got them done well with cheese actually burnt onto the bun! Waitress said because we didn't send it back she could only "report it". Got an "sorry about that". Understaffed most of the time. Food is not worth writing about. Restaurant inside and out are not kept to any sort of standard. Trash and cigarette butts laying everywhere. Bathroom is falling apart and dirty. Restaurant is dirty. Staff is more concerned about closing early rather than staying open posted hours. They will push you out however they see fit when the are ready to go. Drinks are overpriced for what they are. I would not recommend this restaurant. read more

The food was nasty and cold. I had ordered a BLT which the bacon was old and tasted awful along with the fries were cold. Only thing that tasted good was the water. My sister ordered the BBQ pulled pork and it was cold but her fires were hot. I do not recommend this place to eat. We've tried the 411 a couple of times since it's close to us. Everyone is very nice, but our first trip was slow - almost an hour to get meals with only a few tables being served but the food was excellent. Second time our burgers/chicken sandwich were very dry and last time was takeout, which was almost inedible due to a variety of reasons. We will go again, just to see if things have improved and will update this review if needed. read more

Stopped in on our way home and had a few beers and tried some food. Order of Mac and Cheese with a side of cornbread. Mac and Cheese was really good and the cornbread was sweet enough to be a dessert. I am not complaining, it was really good. Bartender was super nice and friendly. I know we should expect that but with today's climate, she was far and away great. We plan to go back and try a full meal. No real knocks but hard to give it higher then a 3 until we go back. read more

My husband, son and I were there this evening. Overpriced food. My husband and son asked for their burgers to be rare and they both came well done I ordered the hamburger bowl and the meat was crumbled, i was expecting a patty. the meal had no description for what it actually is. We told the waiter and he said he just told the cook of the same problem from a previous order Nothing was offered for the mistake. Also, keep an eye on you bill. They charge a service charge for credit cards and in the lower right corner is the price for cash. the service charge should be made aware to you by the server, cash customers beware, it's like they are trying to sneak it by you! I am sad to say that the experience was definitely not up to par for the price. The young girl up front was pretty much alone but she did awesome! The best she could, considering. The walleye was Inedible. Very fishy tasting, like catfish. Mashed potatoes were just that, no butter no garnish. Brussel sprouts were swimming in bacon fat. My wife ordered the 411 salad and was very pleased. My son and I ordered the brisket. It was overcooked, tough and chewy. Literally had trouble cutting it with the knife I was given. My son even commented that he thought it must have been microwaved. We both sent it back to the kitchen (which I NEVER do). Cool atmosphere. Good beer selection. But if they're trying to be a BBQ place, they definitely need to up their game in that department. read more

First time trying this place, we ordered carry out. We had the pork eggrolls, beef brisket and the bbq ribs. The food was excellent except for the baked beans which were not cooked all the way thru. The bar maid not very friendly, gave her a $5.00 tip on a $40.00 order and never even got a thank you, Only sad thing about this experience. The young hostess at the door very friendly.
