Don't bother taking a Land Rover Discovery there. The guy hates them. I set up appointment, dropped it on way to Montreal for a trip. I described the oil leak that's the problem. 4 days there they never even looked at it. When I called he said "that's the one leaking oil over the parking lot (no s--t, that's why it's there). I have been a customer of the 4x4 center since 2011. I don't know what happened to this place... the manager Bruce told me personally he would fix a mistake they made on my wife's car. I just got off the phone with him and no longer will bring any of my 5 cars he's worked on back to him. Keep in mind this was over only $95. Zero Stars! Worst Auto shop experience I have ever had!! Had an appointment and they held the car for a week for a basic alternator replacement. Blamed it on having to deal with Warranty. Well Warranty probably wouldn't take so long if you didn't try to rip us off. Charged $500 over what the dealership would charge. Had to pay difference of warranty to pick up vehicle. The worst place to bring your vehicle for repairs in Vermont. This place is a nightmare with zero integrity. They will ruin your vehicle and charge you massive fees. I was a costumer for many years but they kept ripping me off. They sold me bad vehicles and ruined perfectly good vehicles. I would not recommend this dodgy sketchy place to anyone.
