I changed the filter myself, but went back to them, explained the situation and requested they change the oil-soaked belt belt. They could not accommodate me for several days, despite their mistake. As I drove less than a mile to another garage, the serpentine belt broke, wrapped around the shaft, got sucked through the the front seal, filled the engine with rubber, and destroyed the engine. $7,000 for a rebuild; $10,000 for a new one. We had amazing service, our little 1500lb trailer tire was flat, and they came quickly to help. We had a lot of problems finding someone to take the job. Once they arrived with roadside assistance, they noticed our spare was no good, as well as the said tire, so they put in air for a temporary measure. We went and bought a tire, and then we drove over to their location so they could fix the tire despite them having a super busy schedule because we couldnt find anyone with open availability...when there they fixed it, then noticed that the other tire was also on its way out and helped us source another tire.... just so many hurdles jumped through with kindess.
