I also financed the HVAC system with them but was also never kept in the loop as to when the installer would come to my house to get measurements. The HVAC system that we had discussed that I wanted was not the system that the installer showed up with. I ended getting the split system after talking to the tech and also do to the system I was originally wanting being over the budget we had agreed on. Do to the lack of communication and me not getting the HVAC system I originally wanted I asked for an explanation of expenses, that I have yet to receive. I had to call them multiple times then the receptionist hit up the technician, only to tell me that the tech would be another hour and some change to get to my home, this was after I already waited for an hour and a half. Seems like a glorified lemonade stand to me, they obviously don't track the technicians if they did I would have received some notification that my day would be wasted, book with them if you have a spare day or two to wait around. There are plenty other better contractors to hit up, in my opinion so back to the search for a company that respects my time. A little helpful business advice the techs set a timer and when they bust that time they relay that to the office, which in turn triggers a call to scheduled customers that you will be waiting additional hours, and when this happens you say sorry for the inconvenience how about we make it up to you.
