I've been seeing chiropractors my entire life, and I can honestly say my experience at Aligned Chiropractic with Dr. Jimenez has been unlike anything I've experienced before. From the very first visit, it was clear that Dr. Jimenez is incredibly knowledgeable, intentional, kind, gentle, and precise in his work. After certain neck adjustments, I experience such a huge wave of relief that it actually brought me to tears... not from pain, but from pure relief and gratitude and the sensation of feeling safe. It felt like my whole body, nervous system and everything, finally let go of all the stress and tension I didn't even realize I was carrying. If you've ever read The Body Keeps The Score and know anything about the body physically storing trauma, then you'll understand when I say it feels like trauma literally leaving my body. I can't describe it other than being, not only physical, but an emotional release. An adjustment that really stands out to me was to my mid/upper back (behind the chest). Immediately afterward, I felt like I could take a truly full, deep breath for the first time in a longgg time. It's one of those moments where you realize how restricted your body has been without noticing and how powerful true alignment can be. Being able to finally take a big deep breath is one of the greatest feelings in the world! Since my very first session with Dr. Jimenez, I have finally started sleeping like a baby again, I don't experience brutal headaches anymore or lower back or hips pain. Dr. Jimenez doesn't just "crack and go." He takes the time to really understand your body and its movement. He explains what he's doing, and works with incredible care and intention. One of the most important qualities in a great chiropractor is TRUST, and I trust Dr. Jimenez with my life. Top Notch Chiropractic care! I have seen The Aligned Chiropractic videos on Facebook for over a year, and decided to give them a visit during my vacation to Cali. Dr. Jimenez was my Chiropractor and did a phenomenal job. He explained my x-rays thoroughly and conducted in-depth full- body adjustments. The level of care and the precision of his adjustments were on another level. The office has a modernized aesthetic and unit equipment at this facility is next level. They place you on a table that electronically stretches your back before your adjustment. You'll feel your spine decompressing and stretched out nicely before the in depth adjustments even begin. The price here is more than traditional Chiropractors, but you pay for the quality of care you receive. Follow on adjustments are cheaper than the initial appointment, but I truly feel you get your moneys worth with the quality of care you receive. Absolutely will come back. Give them a try! read more

Ok, so you know when you go to the doctor, & they only spend a small amount of time with you because they have other patients waiting? Well, not here. Their work is on a whole different level. Dr. Abad spent over an hour and 15 minutes with me working on my entire body. You can tell he loves what he does, because he puts his whole heart into it. I got some instant relief from Dr.Jimenez. The first session was unlike anything I've had with other chiropractors. They were much better. I really appreciate they take the time to do x-rays and asses what's actually going on in your body and address the root of the problems rather than just a specific area where you feel symptoms. They understand that the body is connected in multiple ways and showed deep knowledge of the muscular and skeletal structure. The appointment seemed way quicker than what I was expecting but I think time just flys by when you're getting adjusted because it is kind of disorienting when your body becomes reoriented. I hardly remember what was said. Before I knew it I was in the front office again signing up for their best deal of $1,500 for 6 more sessions. When I was getting ready to pay the assistant told me that the follow up sessions are much shorter and closer to 10 mins, maybe 15. At that point I already felt inclined to sign up as I was ready to pay with my card out and still feeling a kind of floaty lightness from after the adjustment but I am worried it will be only 10 or less and not 15 each time because $150 for 10 minutes is a lot particularly with gas being insane right now and me driving over an hour to see them and over an hour back. Also maybe worth noting- I'm not sure the doctor fully read the paperwork they ask you to fill out and send in ahead of time because some of the information they asked about that I told them seemed maybe new to them and they never responded whether or not they did (and I spent so long carefully filling out their extensive paperwork). When I asked for the x-rays to be sent to me, they were awesome because they made an exception and got them out to me sooner but keep in mind they take about two weeks from when you request them and they will be in a lower resolution pdf. I had to ask for a higher resolution to be able to show my doctors and keep in my records. I also requested any notes on the session and unfortunately was unable to receive them before my doctors appointment. When I called 5 business days later to ask if they could be sent before my appointment tomorrow, I was told that takes two weeks. So ask from the day of your appointment if you are needing any of this information because it will take time. It kind of makes me worry there were never any notes written down after my session so I hope it's just some kind of technological delay. I look forward to going back because I know these sessions can be life changing. I've finally been able to sleep again and sleep means everything for your health! I went in with multiple skull injuries and a hip replacement from hip dysplasia that I didn't know I had. I was in severe pain and had not sleep a whole night in years. I had my adjustment, walked back to the airport, waited 3 hours sitting, had an hour and a half flight, a 10 minute walk to the car and a 2 hour ride home. Got home went to bed and woke up the next morning with NO PAIN. Sitting is horrible for me and I had NO PAIN! One adjustment and I had my first full night sleep in years.
