She…read moresaid it would take 1.5 weeks to alter. 3 weeks later, I messaged and found out that she hadn't even started yet. She then informed me that it would cost $48 to make the alterations... I used to make clothing as a hobby in highschool, and I know that it would take less than an hour to do the requested work. The price was ridiculous. I politely asked why it was going to cost so much and asked if I could just pick up the pants without any alterations (I wasnt about to pay more for pockets than i did for the pants!). But apparently, she had already taken off one pocket. I asked her to take the other one off as well so they would at least be even, and she charged me $15!!! Using a seam ripper to take off pockets would take less than 5 minutes, and 5 mins of work is not worth $15. And on top of it all, she didn't give me my fabric back and she cut a hole in the pants that was sewed up in a very slopy way.... Just be wary of price and ask up front before leaving your clothing with her (and make sure you're ok with possibly having your clothing returned damaged)

Always have my stuff wrinkled or not any different from when i drop them off. The most recent is today when I picked up 4 ties and they are all wrinkled and not cleaned. "Special treatment", on all and I had to put a tie on today for work that has a big spot from cleaner in the middle of it still very noticeable, and has wrinkles in it. This is all after 4 days mind you. Called and was given an option to come in instead of a money return. Called back because after saying ok I decided no I'm going somewhere else and three times have had my phone call ignored more than likely due to them knowing it's my number. Don't ever go here UPDATE: Cleary admitted to ruining my ties and won't solve the issue, even though they consider themselves to me as being, "a family business".

I explained to them what the issue was and they took it back and dry cleaned it again. The lady at the front desk said they cleaned it with other peoples dry cleaning. the tag specifies it needs to be dry cleaned alone. Fast forward I reached out to management and she was nothing short of rude. I asked for their damage policy. Which, most dry cleaners have. She refused to give me any sort of information/policy. Then offered me 70$ to go buy a new one, mind you $250 comforter... Every time I spoke with the manager she was rude and acted like it wasn't her problem. a long story short if I could give them a negative star... I would.
