The recliner is real leather and we were able to pick the fabric for the couch and ottoman. The bases are real wood. Fast forward to today and those pieces are still going strong in our home. So when we needed a new dining room table Roomful Express was where he headed. We went in last week and picked out a table that we liked. Marcie was our salesperson and she was wonderful. She allowed us to look around. She didn't hover which was nice. She was very knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions. She wrote down information for us so we could go home and measure. She even offered us a wood sample to take home to see if the color of the finish worked with our existing furniture. Today we sat down with the owner Nathan to make our purchase. He was very nice and explained everything to us which made the purchasing process a breeze. So you may think to yourself . . . that kind of quality and excellent customer service must come at a steep price. It doesn't. If you shop other furniture stores you will quickly see the value of your purchase. Quality at an affordable price. A beautiful home that doesn't include pressed wood that will have to be replaced in 3-5 years. Fantastic quality at an incredible price. Side note-they have two locations, Baldwin and Wexford.

I was given a number to the corporate manager, but of course no answer. I have left two messages and I am still awaiting a phone call, just want to know if my furniture is going to be available in a timely manner, or if I need to cancel my order and go elsewhere. If it hasn't been on that show, not sure why it hasn't. I actually didn't know that there is three floors, so I will have to come back again and check out the other floors. I literally just strolled through the first floor, ha. It was pretty cold in the store on this winter day. So, not sure if the heat works too well. The store clerk was very helpful and attentive. The prices are very expensive. I have no idea what this stuff is worth because I don't but a lot of antiques. It is certainly fun to look at this crazy collection of stuff though.

It is basically an antique shop however, they sell jewelry, gardening rods.and they specialize in furniture refinishing. She is also into estate sales and along with her assistant are able to transform a lot of "hard to part" with items into something reusable for an interested buyer. She showed me some of the wood pieces they had refinished and they also sell chalk paint if you wish to do the job yourself. She told me it was a good type of paint and she used it to paint her floor. She also does custom orders so if you aren't handy with refurbishing that old piece of furniture they will do it for you. She showed me some perfume bottles that were once sold in the old Kaufmann's department store. She sells a lot of brass items as well. I loved browsing and looking at the artwork made on some of the pieces and even some of the lamps they were selling. I was taken aback by a lovely picture frame that was made out of unwanted estate jewelry. I thought the frame was beautiful but I didn't want it to be overbearing. We tested it with a picture she had in the store and it really added to it. The one they had was 5x7 which she measured. I told her I had an 8x10 of my late mother but I have disposed of practically all her jewelry some time ago. She told me she could make a frame for me if I brought the photo in and custom design it. I also loved seeing the old hanging monkeys around an adorable rocking horse. Depending upon what you buy it can get to be a bit pricey. She told me the price is contingent on all the work put into it. The most important thing is that everything is final sale. I must stress that so know before you go. She told me that they got a lot of business before mother's day with families buying refurbished vases. There were only a few left and they were absolutely breathtaking! This shop is at the end of a one way street near Luke and Finch. You can either pay park in the metered lot or you get one hour free parking on the next street over which is one way the other direction. It is worth a visit and a good contact in the event you need handle an estate.

The excuse of the supply chain issue because of Covid is not a good excuse anymore, because this has been going on before Covid! Funny how other furniture stores can get in furniture, in a timely manner, and they can't! People work hard for their money, and they need to do better for their customers! I was comfortable purchasing it directly online after reading all the reviews, but my husband needed to see and sit on it. Fair enough... I guess :) So thankfully I checked and the furniture gallery had it in stock in the showroom. To be honest, I had no idea this store even existed. It's hidden behind the South Hills Village Mall in a small plaza where the Ulta and DSW are located. The store was dead on a Saturday morning, so we were able to be helped by a nice woman named Susan. I beelined for the couch and was in love at first sight. They were running a Labor Day sale so we got it for a discount. To be honest, it was pretty pricey, so I was just waiting for it to go on sale. We ordered the couch and ottoman and were able to get it shipped to our new house fairly quickly too. We did end up changing our minds on placement of the couch in our living room, so I had to physically go in and "return" and rebuy the couch so we could switch the chaise lounge placement. I wasn't able to do it over the phone, it's only a perk for Macy's card holders. But the process again was easy, other than having to physically come in. Delivery was on time and super quick. Sitting on this lovely couch now and very happy!

I typically visit here when I'm home for a visit as they do have good prices on things that I'm after I did get over $150 worth of plants and flowers And I feel like we got a good deal on the inside. You can find everything from books to toys to yard, decor and General household products they do have furniture, and we did find a lift chair for an elderly family member there at a reasonable price they carry a ton of automotive and manly things, but I usually refrain from going into that section. They have Steeler merchandise as well as zippo lighters and knives available too. I think they get a truck every week and a lot of people love the produce because you can get a good deal on that parking can be fun, but I think it's worth a trip.
