My experience at the Anndore House was absolutely phenomenal. I woke up one day and decided that I would try an impromptu trip to Toronto! I love that this team made this experience so easy for me. When I arrived I was instantly with cheers. I valeted my car ( 45 CAD + HST). I inquired to see if an upgrade was available. I then was provided with a corner king studio. The specific room photographed was 807 :). Okay quick about the room - One of the best beds I've ever slept in. - Rainforest shower AMAZING - Separate dressing area & foyer that I appreciated. This hotel is located in an ideal space. MISC - Hotel doors locked every night at 10pm. - Rainbow Registered - Modern design throughout - Remodeled with higher end finishes - Possible con: Yonge street! For more insight check out this link: https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZTRWnretd/ If you're considering this unique downtown Toronto hotel check them out. Oh and welcome to the house :D!

Location? Ehh..... Restaurant? Excellent! Vibe? Super-cool! Full transparency- Hyatt "Globalist" so yes, enjoy the "perks" that come with it. Let's go! - This was a (2) night stay/business trip - So what about that location? I found the area around the hotel to be a little "seedy" however- had a car/wasn't in town to walk around - Dumb/dumb struggled to find the hotel entrance.....as I thought the entrance in front was for the restaurant! (don't ask, it was a long day!) - My room/suite was excellent! Plenty of space, cool vibe, all the way down to vinyl albums - Because I got into Toronto/the hotel late (around 8:30pm) I decided to eat at the restaurant in the hotel called "Constantine" (and glad I did, as it was excellent, both food quality + vibe) The Positives: - Great bar/restaurant - Great room - Great vibe - Cleanliness The Negatives: - No valet parking (covid related, I don't know), however, their was a parking garage across the street - No lobby/common area (wasn't a make it or break it for me, however- keep that in mind if you are considering this place) - Awkward location If you are looking for a cool/comfy place....then yes, put this place on your list. My one "caution" is to decide if this is the part of town you want to be in.

The place is really easy to miss. Passed by it 3 times before we realized the outdoor cafe out front was the entrance. Nudie bar right across the street Hotel Doors are locked at 10pm every night. Hallway carpet floors could use a cleaning. The room safe is so small I doubt I could fit a book in it. Thought I was paying for 4 Star Hotel with Amenities, more like a 4 Star Motel with clean rooms.

The Anndore House is a cute little hotel. Our room was spacious and the decor was modern. The restaurant and bar on the main level is beautifully decorated and inviting.

Very much enjoyed my stay! The hotel is located about a 15 min walk to Yorkville, a 5 min walk to Bloor Station (line 1 and line 2 of the subway), and close to several restaurants. The room was spacious with a king-sized bed, nice furnishing, a great walk-in shower, a bar refrigerator, great free WiFi connection, and a smart TV. The hotel also has the Anndore House app on the Apple App Store and the Google APP store, which allows you to control the lights and AC from your smartphone. The app can also allow you to unlock the room door and access the elevator with an electronic key; however, I would not recommend using the electronic key, as I had to re-pair every time I returned to the hotel before I could access the elevator or unlock the room door. Simply use the key card issued by the hotel and save the app to control the room lights and room AC. I also had supper at Constantine. I would highly recommend the restaurant. The food was delicious; I would recommend the fire-roasted eggplant salad and the lamb burger. The staff also know their wine pairings and made an excellent recommendation to go with the meal. The staff were great and very helpful.

Let's start off with the friendly staff. Very polite and helpful. When you walk in it's a bit confusing because there's a sort of hotel computer stand up table in the center. It's not that, it's the front desk to check in. After checking in there's a very beautiful restaurant. There's also a coffee place and a barber in the hotel lobby area. The elevators are a bit hidden around the bend. The hotel room is beautiful. It's styled in a very cute modern yet 1920s kind of way. The beds are very comfortable!!!!!!!! That's the most important. The beds are very nice. Pillows are nice. So clean. Great part of town. This seems more like a place for couples/single adults. Not really anything for kids at all so don't bring them here. No pool or spa or gym area which makes me sad. So because of a lack of these facilities which I like in a hotel, I took a star.

Very clean, spacious and comfortable hotel! King size bed was very comfy. The bathroom is very clean and had an amazing rainfall shower head. Record player was great as it always plays through Bluetooth with your phone. Mini fridge under the cabinet, Robes in the closet, safe in one of the cabinets, a "master" light switch on each side of the bed and also by the door. This place really has everything nailed down to the little things. Only thing I couldn't seem to find was an ice machine and our housekeeper said I could call the office for ice. Would of just been nice to get it myself when convenient. The staff at the hotel is very friendly and professional. Evee checked us in and even made birthday cards and placed them in our for us. She also was able to give us some great recommendations for things to do around the city. Another staff member held our luggage for us for a few hours as we didn't fly out until late on our check out date. Another great amenity of this hotel was the restaurant and bar that is in the lobby. We didn't actually eat at the restaurant but it almost came in handy a few times. The bar however was utilized quite often. Very friendly bartenders with great drinks.

Upgraded to corner suite.. lots of space. Thank you

Pleasantly surprised with my online pick of this quaint, boutique hotel full of cool people, and staff. We loved the location off the beaten path. The hotel restaurant was exceptional as was the loung area. We were a little caught off guard with the entry thinking we were in the wrong area, but we got it after they greeted us. Enjoyed the corner upgrade for my 5 day stay and look forward to coming back.

Lovely place with a quiet, sophisticated atmosphere. Room was perfectly clean, although the decor was not necessarily my taste. Overall, had a wonderful stay here :)

Roger's Stadium (Blue Jays), CN Tower and convention center were all in walking distance. I actually arrived early but my status was recognized and my room was ready. Staff were very friendly and responsive throughout my stay. I was upgraded to a one bedroom which was welcomed. The room was large and comfortable. Better than the family's last stay in SoCal. The only room issue i had was the location of the in room safe. It was on the top shelf of the closet and the closet door blocked the safe door from opening fully. The other issue was 1 out of 3 elevators was offline the entire stay. It did make the waits a little longer. On the second floor was a very small gym but it did have a multifunction weight gym and cardio equipment. A water dispenser was located here. The heated indoor pool and spa was in the room next door. Breakfast was decent with a rotating menu over my stay. Scrambled eggs, omelettes, pork or turkey sausages, egg bites, seasoned potatoes, etc were some of the hot offerings. Cereals, breads and prepackaged yogurts were some of the cold items. They had both regular and oat milk which was nice. One note was that you have to provide your name and room before being admitted. There was a good amount of seating and was never crowded. In the evening the bar was open. Would come back and stay here again.

They especially enjoyed looking out the large window at the convention center, CN Tower and Lake Ontario. It was also nice having the extra (1.5) bathroom. The beds were very comfortable to sleep on and the housekeeping staff was almost invisible (a good thing). Since we got club level, it was convenient to grab food and snacks in the club lounge. Quite kid friendly, although with toddlers we were a bit self-conscious of our kids being too loud and messy. You can imagine my terror when my 18 month old threw a cup of milk on the lounge carpet. Luckily, the lounge staff is wonderful and welcoming and were very understanding of this mishap. The pool is very nice and heated. A little less picturesque than the St. Regis pool (which is located on a high floor) and smaller than the Shangri-La pool but still very nice. There are other amenities that are good for kids such as a free treasure hunt, complete with a prize at the end. Ritz Kids also has other paid activities that we did not do like baking classes, in-room camping, movie nights and family picnics. The hotel itself is conveniently located near the CN Tower, Ripley's Aquarium, train museum and Rogers Centre. Most of these venues are within 10 minutes walking distance. I think it is also near the underground PATH, that connects many of Toronto's downtown buildings so you can avoid walking outside if so desired. Overall a great luxurious and family friendly hotel in downtown Toronto. Great for families visiting harborfront, CN Tower, Ripley's Aquarium or Rogers Center. My only minor gripe is that the lobby is not particularly impressive.

The hotel itself has Amazing customer service, great amenities, and an Amazing soft bed which I was looking forward too. Issue: The game was at 3pm and it is currently midnight as I write this review. The stadium lights are still on and shinning brightly through. Before booking, I looked up reddits and different posts that said 11pm is when the lights normally turn off. But at 11pm the stadium turned on either a loud vacuum or fan of some sort (and it has been on for the past hour).(( UPDATE: turns out it's Leaf blowers. TONs of employees using leaf blowers throughout the stadium to remove trash.)) (((2nd noise update: 330am-7am more loud machines, they are now power washing the seats/floors throughout the stadium, plus noise from employees chatting while working)). The hotel should at least provide some transpency and warn guests about the field doing maintenance because I would have rather saved a thousand+ dollars by just going to the game itself and picking a different room knowing we'd be getting a get a good night's rest. Maybe the hotel could provide sleeping masks since they cannot install decent floor to ceiling blackout curtains. Or how about providing earplugs? Either way... started off at 3 stars. now at 1 star experience. So if you or your toddlers are light sleepers this room is not for you. The hotel has a resturant that had this delicious Snickers Martini that was probably 10358 calories but it was so good I have like eight. The breakfast buffet was not horrible but also not great in some regards. They did not have skim milk which is okay but the selections were a bit lacking, esp of healthier options IMO. But it was still quite good. i had a voucher from my company so I could not tell you the price. The hotel is nice enough, the doors at the entrance are a case study in human factors engineering since you veer to the right to go in then sharply veer to the left to get through the ante room to the lobby. There are 4 elevators and there is a huge column that requires you go look at the floor indicator bar where there is an arrow adjacent that says if you need to look on the other side of the pillar for your cab.
