The go-carts are LEGIT fun! My wife and I could not believe the thrill of these things! Amazing. The bowling, is just bowling...the approach to the lanes had no glide and our feet kept sticking, and I could not find a comfortable ball. The food was OK as was the arcade...drinks were reasonably priced. Overall, we had a great time. We had the $179 fam of 4 package (includes go-karts, 4 x $10 arcade cards, and 1 hr of bowling), it was worth it. I recommend. I was in a bowling league for a few years back prior to COVID and quit in about 2018 or so. Some of the guys that used to be in that league asked me to join their team because they were moving from 3 players on a team to 4, and needed an extra player. Honestly, they do a good job here. I am not an expert bowler, but everything is clean, the leagues give really good customer service, they have sports on and they seem really organized. There's a good vibe here to make it fun, and it's smokeless, so even though you're in a casino, it's easy to breathe and feel comfortable. I like it! Even the bathrooms are large and clean. I haven't had a chance to really enjoy the rest of Apex, but for what it is, they do a good job. read more

Sadly the staff has ZERO knowledge of what is going on. They decide it's easier to pick on somebody they think that will not fight back but they can think twice.! I was minding my own business and got hit by two people and yet they cast attitude with me. If you go back and look at the footage, you can see I was driving lap after lap all by myself having a good time not passing anybody until two people hit me and then they basically turned my car off. And have attitude with me.! What's actually laughable is the staff thinks they have any kind of clout over me. When we were done with our race and pulled in some girl that thought she had lots of authority comes over and says "unfortunately you need to leave immediately" laughable did she think we were going to hang out with her the rest of the evening?! I will be getting a refund from my credit card company since I did nothing wrong and did not get to race the car since they turned it off several times do not recommend you wasting your money here with a bunch of wannabes who have nothing better to do with our life, but think they have some kind of authority over you and they clearly have their eyes closed why people are racing since they don't know who the people are that are causing the problems and blame it on somebody else! read more

First time here while traveling. Very big place with every gambling or game you could want to do. They split the adult and family sections well so good for any occasion. I did some gambling and the table workers were nice. Then did golf simulator, go carts, and arcade in the family section. Everyone was positive and helpful as I was new to the building. Smoking is prohibited in this area so that was a plus. To kill some time, hubby and our son played bowling and it was charged by the hour. It can get very crowded! Red Hawk has to recoup its $ for building a spectacular attraction! So yah, take that with a grain of salt. They have a bowling alley, virtual reality coster ride, mini golf, and the main attraction is their go kart speed race course, it's very nice, make sure you have ear plugs though, that rubber on rubber screeches very loudly! First the roller coaster ride was closed due to a malfunction this could have been a fun virtual experience. We did two sessions on the kart track expecting the very best the area had to offer, unfortunately both times the karts were slow and didn't have the agility and power as expected rather the nearby K1 had better karts by far shows the lack of something missing at the Apex. Amazing facilities but the customer experience is among the worst I have ever seen. The line to purchase tickets is as long as a theme park ride. The registration process is lengthy and the software/internet connection is glitchy and slow. After waiting 25 minutes to hand them a higher than average amount of money for their services, the teller wasn't helpful and thought it was funny that I didn't fill out the registration properly. To add insult to injury, the POS system asked if I wanted to add a tip for simply paying $35 for a single race. It's obvious that zero care or attention has been given to the customer experience but they have their hand out to collect a premium for all their services. Not impressed. read more

We visited the apex on a Sunday to celebrate my boyfriends birthday with the family. We booked 2 hours of bowling online but when we got there we decided to go with the family package instead. We paid for a party of 4 each racing 2 races. Our first race was so much fun we couldn't wait to do race #2. However, in that race they kept slowing us down do to 2 individuals who kept spinning out. We want to give major props to the staff at Red Hawk who made this one of the most spectacular events we've had in a while! So we threw a promotion party for a colleague on Friday evening and used the beautiful event room at the Apex. Diana was our party planner for a banquet of about 45 people and there was music, projector for camera roll, and microphone for MC or karaoke. They had the table set up for us with the banquet buffet area ready to go. Diana was very efficient, we had gotten in touch with a person prior to her and he was not as organized and we felt stressed that it didn't seem to move along as planned and we were down to the wire with less than 2 weeks at this point of communication exchanges that didn't seem to go anywhere. However, fortunately things changed because we got Diana to take over and assist us. After Diana took over, everything was moving along very swiftly and seamlessly. The weight of the party planning went off of our shoulders because we knew Diana knows what she's doing. It's hard to plan parties but when you have someone with such a great attitude, whom can see your vision through and help execute party to perfection, that's how you know you're taken care of. Thank you Red Hawk Apex event center for having someone of her expertise to be part of your team. Guests also enjoyed go kart racing, bowling, golfing, virtual reality, and gambling too! They then cut my reservation since I was late 30 minutes earlier than 4 with no refund because they have people scheduled after me. I understand I was late to reservation but if I paid until 4, I believe I should be allowed to bowl until 4?
