Too bad, I liked them when they were up on Redwood Avenue! Check out BLACK FLAG instead. Seriously, they wanted me to buy a gun that had 5-10 round magazines!? WHAT IS THAT GUN EVEN DOING IN OREGON?? And what am I gonna do with 5-10 round magazines? Sell them to someone in California?? I ended up finding the gun I wanted online, had it sent to them and they were not happy?! Then wanted $10 more, each piece on Ceracoat price. That would have never happened when they were up on the Avenue. SO SAD. I don't know.. estrogen blockers might help.... Back in 2019 I bought a green suppressor and went through the whole application status. I did pass the application but Unfortunately I had to move to another state for work. Yall staff had me get my current state id and mailing but still have done anything. To this day the company has told me they're waiting on a reply so they can send it to Oklahoma . Years have gone by and still no answer. Yall kept my suppressor so I will be filing with the better business bureau this week. Terrible service read more

I will start out with the positive, it's close to my location other than that I've had nothing but issues with this place and the information they gave me from the beginning to the end when going through the ATF application to ordering me the wrong gun and other wrong parts to not giving any consideration for their mistakes. I'm no expert by any means so I depend on them to be. And when I want a gun and order it and then realize way later it was the wrong caliber because I was waiting for a suppressor to come in and they won't make it right really bothers me because they say it's my fault. I don't just very bad business and bad information. No one wants to go out of there way to really help with a situation. Good at selling you stuff just not at customer service if there was an error. Please go somewhere else to save you some heartache. read more

Walked in there today to buy some ammo and found everyone,15-20 people (including employees), without masks on. I've lost four friends to Covid last year. These guys are absolutely terrible first off they get pissed off if you want to test out the trigger pull of the gun. Then when the government keeps your your background check in delay for months, first they tell you " oh just come in, in 3 days and we'll 3 day it for you!" (at this point its already been 4 months). Then I drive all the way down there and they tell me "oh were not 3 dayin people anymore and the guy who told you that got fired" as if that makes it better?!?!?! Then after another 8 months of waiting they say oh well why don't you just go apply for a CHL after you get your CHL and wait another 3 days, we'll 3 day you!!! COMPLETE JOKE!! Literally the 3 day rule was put in place for exactly these instances. Yet this store is too scared to actually support the second amendment... the amendment that allows them to be a store in the first place. Completely disappointing. I would just go take my receipt and get a refund, problem with that is they want to charge me a 15% restocking fee on a gun that I never even took possession of!!! read more
