I stopped because of Girl's disrespect and unprofessionalism, and many of the top collectors in this Valley share these sentiments. I pretty much don't go anywhere else anymore. These folks have a great selection of used guns and their prices are usually the best you'll find in the area. Moreover, they are quick and efficient, do layaways, and offer the best trade values of any local shop (usually by quite a bit). I have done a bunch of deals here, and have never had even the slightest problem (something I can't say for several other local gun stores and pawn shops). Like the other poster wrote it's how they handle themselves with transactions that gauge a business character. These guys would not let me talk to the actual owner and every time I called I spoke to a different person who claimed ownership in the company. I will tell you this shop is ran very poorly and I will never do business again. Thank goodness I too far away and won't have too. Horrible business. read more

by Caleb L. on 08/12/2015 Legendary Arms, run by Micheal and his daughter Chistene have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They sent out a Damaged Firearm and tried to blame the USPS and the recieving FFL for the damage. However, the shipping box was not damaged and the FFL that received the firearm opens incoming shipment under video surveillance and called me as soon as the box was opened and the damage discovered. As I try to work out solutions to remedy the damage, Michael and Kistene both become very aggressive and blame everyone else for the issue and refuse to take any responsibility. Michael then gets so upset that he threatens me, uses vulgar language and then hangs up the phone and refuses to take my calls. Thank goodness for Sue who tried to calm them down! The only option available as a customer is to pay for return shipping at my expense. After the firearm is repackaged and then reshipped (both which cost time and money) they refuse to refund the credit card purchase and will only cut and mail a check. I have to explain that I will involve the credit card company if they don't refund the purchase the correct way. They do finally make the refund... Without the return shipping and I realize that the check the were trying to send was cut for less than the total purchase price. These folks are not customer friendly and should be avoided. A test of a companies character is shown not from the easy transactions but how they handle difficult situations. Out all the time and $65 of actual money and they knew that this purchase was for a Birthday present for my nephew! Buyers Beware!!! read more

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. We ordered a hand gun with Legendary Arms, and had to call to cancel the order due to unexpected financial reasons. Upon telling the rep on the phone that we needed to refund, she laughed at me, and asked my why we needed a refund. Then told us she has no way to refund my purchase of $329.60 since she already ran our credit card and she is too small of a business to accommodate the request, and then laughed at me again and once again refused to give the refund, due to she already has the gun packaged up to ship. I told her she was being extremely rude and un-professional. I have never had any reputable company refuse a refund AND be-little a customer they way Legendary Arms has. We are all about shopping around to help small business owners, but think twice before using Legendary Arms, unless you want to be embarrassed and be-littled over the phone. The ironic part of the this story is, we were going to call back next week to re-order the merchandise when we could better afford it. We will not be using this company ever again in the future, and will not recommend them for our customer's at our shooting range. The company also charged us a $25.00 cancellation fee, which we paid in fear of not receiving any sort of refund at all. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH AND SHOP SOMEPLACE ELSE, customers should not be made to feel inferior because of a financial issue and need to cancel an order. Thank you for reading this. read more

Legendary arms in Medford practices horrible business ethics when transferring firearms to another person they make no effort to educate or inform the seller of the new 2015 gun laws and what needs to take place they gave the seller no information confiscated his firearm and told him if he wanted it back he had to pay 25 dollars or his boss had to clear the background check do not go here to do business they will rip you off and not disclose any information in any way...GO to good guys.guns they are honest but make sure to ask questions and be knowledgeable in your state's current gun laws to make sure no dealer can rip u off read more
