I let him know of my search for binoculars and he did indeed escort me to the binocular display case, and called for another employee to take over who knew more about them, which I appreciated very much. It's on the Capital One website or in the paperwork that came with the card; it never mentions this 15% or other mysteriously applied 10%. The guy was a manager. We'd better get our $100 bucks as promised for using the card. Not worth it, stick to better cards.
