I let him know of my search for binoculars and he did indeed escort me to the binocular display case, and called for another employee to take over who knew more about them, which I appreciated very much. The manager then wouldn't allow me to exchange it for another new unopened one, but told me I had to purchase a second online scope online and when the second one came in I could return the first one. They told me twice at the counter that we get 15%…read moreback when we use the card (too good to be true) and then again on a visit 4 days later, the same guy clarified that when we received the Card, we would get %5 off the purchase that we could use pretty fast and that the other 10% applied later somehow. It's on the Capital One website or in the paperwork that came with the card; it never mentions this 15% or other mysteriously applied 10%. The guy was a manager. We'd better get our $100 bucks as promised for using the card. Not worth it, stick to better cards.
