When we arrived, we were initially told the wait time would be around 50 minutes. Shortly afterward, an employee informed us it would actually be closer to 30 minutes because the system had "moved some things around." We waited patiently, watching multiple races go by. After some time, I asked the pit master when our race would begin and was told we were up next. When we checked again later, we discovered that we had never been added to the queue at all. Despite this being entirely their mistake, we were told we would have to wait even longer before being able to race. At that point, we decided we no longer wanted to participate and requested a refund. The staff refused to refund our money and instead offered free races at a later time. We declined because, after the experience we had already endured, we simply wanted our money back. To make matters worse, the facility was extremely hot because the air conditioning appeared to be either broken or ineffective, and the restroom had a strong odor of urine and feces. Overall, the lack of organization, poor customer service, refusal to issue a refund after their mistake, and uncomfortable facility conditions made this a very disappointing experience. My family and I will not be returning, and I would encourage others to consider alternative karting venues.

The lounge was absolutely beautiful. I loved the decor and the flower backdrop added a really nice touch! The candle scents were aligned along the wall for us to smell and we were able to choose an apron and candle jar before sitting at our table. Our host was super fun and personable. She shared the back story of how the lounge came about and got us excited to create candles. I chose the Yuzu & Volcano scents which had a light, sweet scent. They walked us through each step and made the process simple and easy. For my drinks, I ordered the Cabernet and the Bacardi Rum Punch. I thoroughly enjoyed the Rum Punch. All of our candles turned out great and smelled amazing! We even went around the room sharing the name of our candles. I called mine "Elevate". Afterwards, we took group pictures and thanked them for a wonderful evening! The class was $45 and worth every penny. Since I hadn't been to a carnival in a while, I was surprised to see that the tickets were stored digitally on a card that they give to you. I actually loved the convenience of not having tickets all over the place lol. We rode about two rides which were a lot of fun. The ride operator simply scanned the card for our tickets and that was it! Gone are the days of having to count out the tickets for the rides lol. We then decided to grab something to eat. I remember carnival food being delicious and worth every penny but we ordered a cheese burger, cheesesteak, sausage and peppers and fries and the burger was extremely small, the cheesesteak was finished in 3 bites and the sausage was the size of a hot dog. The food was disappointing for how much we paid. The funnel cake and fried Oreos were great though. The best part of the carnival was definitely the delicious Turkey leg that we all enjoyed. Since my daughter isn't a big fan of fireworks, we decided to leave before they started but overall, it was a fun family outing. Side note: To avoid paying the $10 parking fee, we parked at a nearby school but we walked close to a mile to get to the carnival so definitely where comfortable shoes if you plan on taking that route next year. :)

Our lovely game master, Dylan, knew when to push us in the right direction and when to let us figure things out for ourselves. The Clue room was great because there were a lot of fun moving and interconnected parts. Very fun. Parking and the building itself is a little sketchy, but you'll be ok. Signing the waiver takes like 2 minutes so no biggie if you didn't get it done before coming. If I lived in the area, I'd be back for sure! Would recommend for both beginners and experienced players.
