We were all in bed and trying to sleep -- other than opening the sofa bed for my kids, we were acting normal and quiet. When I pointed this out, rather than apologize, he just hung up the phone. Also during our stay the staff barely touched our room -- including leaving dirty/used coffee cups in the room and not giving us new coffee packs for the morning. This may sound minor, but as someone who travels and uses Hyatts on a regular basis, it is not the kind of quality I expected from a Hyatt-flagged hotel. I'll be staring at one of the other Hyatts next time I'm in Norfolk.

Day of the wedding went off without a hitch. I was a happy bride and stressfree. I highly recommend getting a wedding planner, even if it's just for the day of wedding planning. It makes a world of a difference. Especially coming up with things you didn't even think about, even down to the late minute.

We headed to our lane about 20 minutes after arrival. This bowling alley was set up differently than any other I'd ever seen. There were a few steps down to bowl and the tables were behind each lane. There was no seating near the lane. I ordered a chicken quesadilla which was yummy. The chicken was in some type of sauce bursting with flavor. I also tried someone's chicken wing and it was hot and delicious. It was very loud which is to be expected, plus they had a small arcade. Our server was friendly but I think a little overwhelmed as we didn't see her as frequently as I would have liked. To sum it up, Bowlero was a nice bowling alley with decent food and lots of drink options.

In the front you will find a concrete path with information along the way. The path away from the water has been Newley done with concrete used to be gravel. It will lead you to a oversight and can take you along another path to walk down. The path near the water will take you all the way down to the high bridge. It's a very nice walk and sand at the end with water. Just don't forget some bug spray! And watch for snakes. Also in the front past the building you can find lots of picnic tables to have some hangout time or some lunch. It's in a perfect location lots of places to grab food near and drive to sit and eat.

This review is strictly just for our experience here Wednesday, December 8, 2021 for our company Christmas party. The facility is beautifully decorated for Christmas which enables us for perfect photo ops. We did not have anyone welcome us nor did we have anyone show us the banquet room but we managed to find our way. The DJ was present. The room was also very well decorated and lit up. The drinks and hors d'oeuvres were displayed. Their bathrooms were clean and easily accessible. Their food was good. Their buffet style dinner consisted of salmon, roast beef, asparagus, salad, mashed potatoes and rolls. Nice place. Great location and plenty of parking space.
