She was very detailed and punctual working with 5 to 6 vendors and also provided good suggestions along the way. I'm truly an island girl tropical vibe type of person so I told her my vision of tropical colors, florals, pineapples, birds of paradise, etc. She knew exactly what to do. The order process online was super easy and I loved how you can customize what to call them (the bride was a huge Chad Michael Murray fan, so we opted for that). I got a little nervous because a week before the event, I went to check my booking and got a 404 error. However, I emailed the company and they got back to me promptly with info on how to update the reservation. Day of, I received a text a couple hours before with the number of the manservant. He was super prompt and he texted right back (with beautiful language I might add, he called me "my lady" and I about died!) when I gave him the house/gate info. When he arrived, ohhh my, he was hot hot hot! All the girls LOVED him and the bride was over the moon! He was an absolute joy the whole time, pouring drinks and taking tons of pics with us. Night and Day provided servers and bussing staff for our wedding and we were really impressed with how much more they did. From passing appetizers, to general cleanup and ensuring all of our guests were happy, we couldn't appreciate their efforts more and I wish I had written their names down so I could call them out now. At the end of the night, the entire property was clean, and you could hardly tell a wedding had taken place there. The staff from Night and Day was on time, as well as the last to leave, and only left once they had ensured everything was taken care of and put away. The pricing was reasonable, communication was excellent, but more than that, they provided us with 2 exceptional, hard-working staff that helped with serving, table-clearing, cake-cutting, as well as other requests throughout the reception. We lost power in Yucca Valley for nearly 2 hours, and the staff worked through the dark to keep all things cleared and clean. I would highly recommend Night & Day for any event you are planning.
