Our family heirloom 1927 Baldwin Grand hasn't been tuned since 2000. It has survived 5 moves around the country since then. I am a professional sound mixer and I can hear the difference between a digitally tuned acoustic piano and one tuned by ear. I needed my Baldwin grand piano tuned, which is over one hundred years old and which we had retored a few years ago. At that time, we also had a Bluetooth player system installed. I was very impressed with how Ashley took so much time and care making sure the piano was just right (it hadn't been tuned in several years and was pretty flat), but I was extremely pleased with how she went over and above by taking the time to research and help me figure out how to reboot and update the Bluetooth player system which hadn't been in use for a couple years!!!
