Pretty standard quick service spot with lots of options - it's very convenient being centrally located within the resort and right next to the main pool. The addition of mobile ordering has made it even easier. On my most recent trip, Chef Mike went out of his way to accommodate allergy-friendly options for our family. I also appreciate how everything was labeled, and that they provided a separate allergy - friendly menu for people to feel more comfortable making their dining decisions. This place can get pretty busy but the food taste very fresh, delicious, and a great value flavor price. My plant-based gyro was bursting with flavor and so filling for only $14. It also came with seasoned chips that were phenomenal! Checks the boxes for a Disney Quick Service resort option. Not the best food (it isn't meant to be) but plenty of options to please everyone. We had breakfast and lunch here during our stay and were pleased with our food for all meals. Staff was always friendly and it was nice to have the shop to look around in while we waited for our food to be ready. My only gripe is the limited coffee options. read more

Location inside Saratoga Springs just right outside the main pool. There is quick pick up items along with fresh food and a store to pick up your favorite items. After you order they will give you a table number to deliria food to your table. They have a few different pizzas to choose from, we got the margarita which was delicious. We also got the meatloaf which came with two sides of our choice. We got the rice and the mixed vegetables. Unfortunately, the rice was a bit on the hard side, and the vegetables came on the cold side. As far as service, there was a nice young man, Dan, who took an interest in talking with us and making sure that we were all set. I would recommend the pizzas or the sandwiches, but the meatloaf is a skip. read more

I was really happy to see a quick service meal option at DVC Saratoga Springs! After a long day at Epcot, my daughter and I were looking for a healthy, yet casual and fast meal. We didn't want to sit in a restaurant, and this spot fit us perfectly. We both had the build-your-own entree - I opted for shrimp, carrots, and green beans, and she got shrimp, rice, and carrots. We sat in a comfy spot and people-watched while we waited for our food to be brought to our table. The wait wasn't very long. The food was fresh, hot, and of good portion size and quality for the price. The staff was nice. It was a bit confusing ordering at the cashier, but we worked it out. They do have some grab-and-go sandwiches, desserts, and salads, but we wanted fresh. It worked out well and we would definitely go back the next time we visit. read more

Decent selection in their market area. Offered the WDW free refill mugs. Great service. Made-to-order food created in a reasonable wait time. Open from 7am-11pm. Good "emergency" breakfast options. Got some bagels and cream cheese, which were perfect for those rushed mornings. Downside: we saw a bug bouncing and climbing on the pastries in the clear self-serve cabinet. The sour gummies were too hard, not soft. One of the made-to-order breakfast meals included "potatoes", but it was mashed potatoes with too much butter. So gross. Overall, a good place. Just avoid the self serve and you should be good! read more

This is probably my least favorite quick-service at all of WDW (and that includes the all-star resorts). First of all, they are slow, slow SLOW! Food takes forever, way more time than any of the other quick services I have been to. Secondly, their selection is just so/so; most of their menu, aside from the normal kids items that are everywhere, are fairly underwhelming. I did really like the avocado toast, that was pretty yummy. Otherwise, pretty meh food offerings (including the grab-n-go), slow service, and the indoor seating area is tiny and not super comfy. read more

This is a great little cafe. The food is very good and priced very nicely. You get excellent customer service here. It's a great place to eat away from the big busy restaurants in the area. It's part of the Disney resort so it's very cozy and comfy. Also very clean. And after eating you can go for a nice walk around the pool area or follow the trail to Disney springs. read more

We had drinks and lunch (their grilled chicken Caesar was great) at this Walt Disney World resort. The Artist's Palette is in the Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa and services the pool On the Rocks bar outlet. It was nice, tasty and a good value for Disney. We'll be back. read more

Sometimes they have the spaghetti & meatball which is a good size and tastes good too. The breakfast platter, & shrimp & grits are good too. Between a 3 and 4 on this rating. Staff is excellent. Food offerings were decent. Felt smaller than what is offered at other resorts, particularly one of this size. Ordered Bounty Breakfast Platter (eggs, bacon, sausage, Mickey waffle and hash brown casserole). Standard Disney breakfast. Eggs were a little cold but hash brown casserole was decent. Should have tried the Loaded Totcho Bowl or French Toast Strata. Maybe next time. Also got a Mickey Cinnamon Roll. Standard Mickey cinnamon roll you can get at most resorts. Not much to the decorating in the restaurant and didn't love that it basically shares it's space with the gift shop. I know some will like that but I prefer separate. Seating was so-so as well. Coffee station has almond milk, which you don't see many places so that was a plus. Overall are there better food courts (it's a food court) at Disney resorts? Yes. Are there also worse ones? Yes. First time staying at my DVC Saratoga Springs and our travels in created incredible hunger. We went to the closest spot we could upon arrival and the burger was garbage, had to pour a ton of BBQ sauce on it to eat it. If this is the same burger you cook at the Paddock I will never eat it there or anywhere. Did you microwave this? Wow! Everything else was good/fair (chicken strips, fries, sandwich). This is a relatively quiet, relaxing dining facility at Disney Saratoga Springs Resort. The air conditioning feels amazing in here as well! Service is fast-casual with pour your own soft drinks (limited refills). Prices are moderate, and perhaps even modest compared to the rest of Disney dining and the food quality is not bad. The pizza is relatively good, so are the salads, and the sandwiches are as well. We haven't tried breakfast here. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and I believe everything is a la carte; there are no fully bundled meals. read more

Wow was this a great great meal. The app process makes it so convenient. The walnut and chicken salad was just heaven, the dressing was amazing and the whole thing felt so very healthy, a nice departure from much of the food available. Out girls shared chicken fingers and homemade house chips so so good! And huge portions. My husband enjoyed his pork sandwich. But the CAKE. Let's talk about it. The white chocolate celebration cake is absolutely the greatest cake we have ever had. The quality of the white chocolate edible ears/eyes/tail is excellent. The FROSTING. I think it's a mirror frosting, which has gelatin in it so it has the texture of a firm custard. My husband who does not enjoy cake as much as I do (but really, does anyone?) asked why all frosting is not made this way. The cake itself was moist. I will try and recreate this at home but I will surely fail. One does not simply copy a disney celebration cake. read more

They offer sandwiches. Pizzas and morn quick snack like items. It also has a little section of baked pastries as well. Pizza is listed as artisan cheese and fresh house made crust, has a picture of a wood fire pizza with a bubbly crust. The pizza I got was essentially frozen totinos. I mentioned to the manager I was disappointed it looked nothing like the picture and they said their supplies changed. Idk how supplies change for something made in house? And employee stopped me as I left and told me I was right, she used to recommend the pizza to everyone and she just simply can't anymore. read more

So, first stop after checking in and a red eye flight. It was okay. It is a quick service spot. The food was meh...the croissant sandwich was burnt and the eggs didn't look fresh as if they had been sitting under a heat lamp for awhile. The staff were kind. I will also say that seating is a bit hard to acquire. So, you got to swoop in. It's also somewhat of a convenience store, they have frozen foods, beverages, and snacks. If I wasn't so hungry and lazy, I'd probably fine another establishment. read more

An abstract café While walking into The Artist's Palette, the atmosphere immediately felt 10 times better than outside, with the air conditioning hitting you as you opened the door. Once you start looking around, you'll start to notice the light fixtures that look like brush strokes and the art accommodating the ambiance. At the middle of the restaurant is a brick wall where you can order food on the other side...or is it the counter for the gift shop... maybe the quick service....okay, this is confusing. You see the food in front and to the left of you (grab n go on far left, desserts on front left, main courses to the front right), a gift shop on the right, and you can pay for gifts AND order your food behind you. Personally, for me, I did not enjoy this setup. That being said, we did enjoy our food, which came to around $50 for 4 people and 3 desserts. I had the Beef on Weck, my wife, the Ham and Cheese Panini, and my kids had cheese burgers. Beef on Weck Overall, the sandwich is very good! The beef by itself is delicious and savory. Add the bread and au jus sauce enhanced the eating experience. The Horseradish I found to be oily, a bit grainy, with very little flavor, adding very little to the sandwich. Accompanied by hand-made chips, the meal was solid (chips were much better at Contempo Café). Ham and Cheese Panini This mouth-watering, panini pressed sandwich came with a copious amount of meat packed between smoked gouda and a quattro formagio spread. Every bite was incredibly creamy, with the cheese oozing between two toasted pieces of bread, giving you a nice crunch bite after bite. Bullseye Cupcake This cupcake had quite a suprise with creamy frosting in and on a moist cupcake. And when you're enjoying the softness of this dessert, then you'll be hit with some hollow, crunchy balls sprinkled atop the frosting. All items come together perfectly. Derby Pie WOW! When I first got this, one of the ingredients said nuts. I was not thinking walnuts, but I'm glad it was. The rich filling married perfectly with the chopped walnuts, making this a truly delectable treat! *Side note, this dessert will fill you up Mini Pumpkin This crunchy mousse dessert is good. Not good good, but good. It's a beautiful looking dessert, great tasting too, but it can be a messy disaster if left out too long. The mousse, BY IT SELF, is nothing short of incredible! We ate ours at the end of the meal. Please, if you get one of these, either eat it at the beginning or leave it in the fridge. Otherwise, it may not come across as originally intended. read more

Time for another Disney By James! I'll preface my review by saying this... unless you're staying at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort, you more than likely will not end up dining here. It's essentially a grab-and-go/quick service with no specialty items, so it's not exactly a place that guests venture to... That being said, it's good for what it is. Plenty of options (pre Covid) for breakfast, lunch and dinner at the quick service counter, with generous portion sizes. The food is pretty tasty here too and I haven't been disappointed yet. read more

Deep inside The Saratoga Springs Resort is The Artist's Palette. I was very impressed with the operation. From the omelets, frittatas, Bacon-Egg-Cheese on a croissant, this is a kicked up Disney cafe. And all in the resort! Here's the skinny: I have to get on the road early, we're driving to Disney Hilton Head. I have a few snack credits left and I'd like to dine at Disney Springs. Some restaurants open at 9. Bummer. Not to fear, I know The Artist's Palette opens at 7am. My wife & I order our breakfast items as well as taking a few extra snack credits for the road. Boom goes the dynamite! I've stayed at this resort more times than I can count, and besides an order here once to take to the airport, we've never dined here. After a long day at the park, and needing some actual substance besides ice cream, we decided to check out the menu. We ended up ordering two cheese steak sandwiches to take to the pool. The service was friendly, and it was later at night yet the staff was energized. The food was being made to order which is nice as you then would know it wasn't sitting under a warmer. The cheesesteaks were really good. The hoagie it was on was to die for. I'm a bread lover so I can attest it was good bread. All of the veggies and meats tasted fresh. They did not skimp on the cheese easier. The house made chips were also really good. I'd definitely order this again and compared to other restaurants we were looking at ordering for deliver, $11.49 didn't seem like a bad price! read more

Artist's Palette is the resident quick-service eatery at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort. I stayed at Saratoga this past Disney trip and made a few stops here to pick up some items to snack and lunch on throughout my stay. Located in Carriage House (the resort's main building), Artist's Palette is kind of melded together with the resort's gift shop. They have most things one would find at a typical Disney resort counter service eatery - chips, soft drinks, sandwiches, chocolate, etc. plus a selection of hot breakfast and lunch items. I didn't really find anything too outstanding about Artist's Palette during my stay - especially when compared to other deluxe resort quick spots. If you're looking for something simple you'll be fine, but more adventurous or unique items won't be fine here. Fine for what it is. If you're hanging around the resort looking for lunch then this is a good place to stop, but don't expect anything Earth-shattering. read more

I will preface this by saying this is a hotel restaurant so, expectations were different. The presentation was actually very tight and, they had a reasonable selection. The Margarita was perfectly charred on the outside as you can see in the picture but, it was slightly undercooked in the middle. All in all it is a very passable pizza but, unfortunately the meatballs in polenta were a let down. They looked very promising but the meatballs were the precooked steamed kind and, they tasted very processed. The polenta was soupy and, obviously instant but, lacked any seasoning. If it was not for that second dish I would be giving this place 4 stars. My recommendation is to buy just the pizza. read more

We have been stopping here for years when we vacation here. They have updated a lot since the last time but it is still a good place to grab a quick bite. We stopped and shopped at the attached store on the first stop in and for a small location they have a lot to choose from. One morning we stopped in to get breakfast and learned how the new ordering system works. You scan the barcode posted all over and order from the menu. Like so many other apps it was pretty easy to choose what you wanted and pay for it. There are not a lot of options but you can customize most items and the food was very good. For what we paid (Disney pricing) we got a very good sized meal. Condiments are available at a counter along with plasticware. They also have a well stocked store of foodstuffs that you can pay for at a register. We also had the opportunity to stop for dinner late one evening and we got sandwiches. I could eat about half of one with some of the potato chips that come with it and the rest made a good lunch the next day. When you are staying on property places like this are very helpful and you can count on a good meal. read more

The sandwich hit the spot tonight... just enough to fill me up. I'm not a fan of rye bread but the brie helped masked the bitterness. They have a large portion of chips and I'm definitely okay with that. It has a good seasoning to them. The hint of cranberries gives this sandwich a sweetness I like. I was concerned at first when arriving so close to them closing that they may have cut back on the menu selection but they said I could still order anything on the menu. read more
