If you are looking for interesting used books, then you have stumbled onto an amazing location stuffed with high-quality stuff on most every major category. Some of the stuff is highly-specialized and so random that you just have to love it. Great sections on magic, mythology, philosophy, sociology - and about 20 topic-specific history sections. Clean, organized, super helpful staff. Although there is a smaller selection than the 2 primary used bookstores in Asheville, it is very well curated. I hope to re-visit many times.

These pieces aren't just furniture, they're treasures, crafted with care by local artisans who repurpose used items instead of letting them go to waste. Knowing we're giving these pieces new life is so special and truly embodies the spirit of this community. We're devastated for TRS after Helene, it's sickening and awful. The owner is incredibly sweet and has the cutest dog who greets you as you enter(he's very sweet and doesn't bark or bite.) I love the aesthetic of the store. Nothing is too organized and you can pick up and look at everything! The atmosphere is quiet and laid back. It's really nice to see the immense age difference in all their selection. The owner seems to like sheep as there are many stuffed animal sheep lying around and some yard statues outside. It's a sweet place that it's easy to spend hours lost in.
