Owner Steven or Steve looks like he wants no business, I took my car in to get speakers all around I told him to give me a quote he said he would call me 3 days went by no call, so I went back to he's place and he said to give him 10 mins he was going to pull a quote he said he would call me with the quote which he never did. Be careful bringing your cars here. All of these screenshots are to warn potential customers. I seen the positive reviews and was like yes a great place to get a new radio. Found out how much it was but they accepted acima , a credit place to pay off the radio so I was like hell yeah. The entire process of this raid was trash. I was told I would have ONE issue which was when my ac would change my radio would stop playing but a small problem fine. Nope I found out after it was already in I lost connection with my steering wheel so. Any use the buttons on my steering wheel. Didn't pay till after and had to use acima which turns out if I don't pay it off in two months IT GOES UP TO 1500!!!!! THIS WAS NOT CLEAR UNTIL THE RADIO WAS ALREADY IN !!!! The radio has had all of these issues SINCE DAY ONE LIST OF NEW PROBLEMS ( keep in mind my car is new so no one has touched it besides an oil change) - my speakers go in and out whenever I hit a bump or a slight movement in the road ( it's always doing this ) When I went to fix the problem the dude fixed cheap fuses instead of the actual issue. Needless to say the issue WAS NOT RESOLVED EVEN THOUGH I WAS THERE FOR 4 hours - my screen goes out ALL THE TIME. everytime I start my car I make the decision to either restart my car 10 times so my screen can work hopefully it just go on with no music. To restart my car I have to turn it off open my door then close it then restart. So needless to say I usually ride around without my damn radio. - My sensors ( collision control and blind spot viewing ) have been way off since the man here messed with my dudes. - the music stops when I REVERSE AND CHANGE THE AC IN ANY SINGLE WAY if I want that off I have to disable my backup camera which is the entire reason I got this car. There's so many other issues and I wanted to be extremely clear because I work hard. I don't have the time to come in and fix issues just to sit around and talk to someone who doesn't give a single crap about me just my money. And just to find that my issues aren't even fixed. They SUCK at communication as well as can be seen in the screenshots. To sum it up. I paid 1000 for a radio I can hardly use. If I want to fix it I gotta go to madera and wait there , just to leave with the same issues. They won't take responsibility and they won't fix my issues. AND THEY DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS !!!!!! LET THAT SINK IN ! IF YOU GET A CRAPPY RADIO JOB WHICH IS MOST LIKELY TO HAPPEN YOU ARE SCREWED. AND I MEAN THAT. THERE ARE OTHER PLACES THAT ARE MUCH BETTER AND SOME EVEN OFFER REFUNDS. My Stereo in my MERCEDES BENZ SL500 stopped working. Sound Unlimited was helpful in attempting to install my stereo. However they could not due to the fact that the my stereo and amplifier is a fiber optic system. I had purchased a converter for The Mercedes-Benz fiber optic system and stereo online and was assured this would work when I purchased it. The only alternative was to rewire and install complete new system. However, I was not willing to do that time. However they were very helpful and did install a switch for my window at a reasonable price. read more

I went in for a dash cam install. Had to make an appointment because they were pretty booked. I think 80$ is a bit on the pricier side but they did a great job and splice into the fuse box directly. I believe Issac was the one helping me and he answered all my questions and was very courteous and professional. He told me the wiring was life time guaranteed and told me to come back if I were to have any issues. Highly recommend them! read more
