He went to Paul West to get a car because their dealership caters to people with low and/or no credit and low income. Within 40 days, his touchscreen didn't work, his air stop working, and today his car won't even crank. Since we've had so many issues in such a short time, I didn't think it was being unfair to ask for his $3000 down payment back, and return the car. Mr. West again asked for a chance to fix the car. He refuse to give the money back, insisting that we allow him a chance to fix it. Unfortunately, we will have to take legal action as he did not take the opportunity to see what was wrong with it when it came to his lot. My son has lost wages, been stranded, and expected to ride around in a hot car in Florida during the summer (without no regards to how he has been inconvenienced).
