A few months ago I decided I wanted to get myself a Bronco. I guess we'll call it my mid-life crisis. My first thought was "Oh it'd be cool to get a 1970's Bronco"...then I drove one. As much as I loved looking at the truck, I didn't love the ride. My first car was an 86 Ford Tempo, I nearly died 3 times in that car and I still felt less safe in that 73 Bronco as much as I wanted to love it. So I started to scour the internet for a modern Bronco. After 3 months I found it, a custom Wildtrack in Ohio at The Auto Livery. Now I have a tough time buying shoes online without trying them on first so buying a car online was not something I had ever done but this was the one so I out in an inquiry. After a restless night I heard back from Jason at The Auto Livery promptly the b Next morning and started the process. Jason had spent a few days with the car and knew it inside and out. From the backstory about the owner to every detail about the car he made me feel like I was standing right next to it. I hired a remote team called the Lemon Squad to check the car out as well and Jason worked fast with the team to get me the report. The financing process was incredibly smooth with Natasha. She was always available to answer my questions and got me a great deal. I can't say enough about the team there at The Auto Livery. They made the entire process a breeze. Jason stayed in touch overseeing the shipment, confirming delivery and even helping me figure out how I accidentally turned off the running boards 2 days after getting it. Purchased from Jason within a month later noises are coming from the front no problem it's a used car, Jason states "it needed oiled" took the car in to be checked and oiled, a week later same sound. Took the car to the shop where I'm told I need front control arms (within a month), call Jason and it becomes "purchase the parts and he would have it taken care of." Until the parts came in. No response to e-mails or voice mails. Unprofessional, his word does NOT matter, he's trying to shuffle as much out the door as quick as possible. read more

First thing is first. We had bought an excursion from here about 3.5 years ago. Everything seemed ok until the drive home when the front end started doing weird shit, so we call them up the next day and I mean asap and asked them to take a look at it. We went in and they said everything was fine. Hint "they lied". After we had left we had one of our mechanics look at it to find out it need a whole new front end. We call to talk them and at this point we are very upset and just wanted them to make things right well instead they basically said we were shit out of luck, figures..... fast forward to today, I decide to give them the benefit of the doubt and look at a motorcycle they had, I was going to trade in my current bike that I had already had 2 different trade in offers on from Harley and Indian then instead of trying to compete they gave an insulting offer, when I tried to counter offer the owner made a very shitty comment at which point I told them they are funny. You'd think that as salesmen you would expect them to have at least a good attitude.... I emailed my interest in the vehicle and shared that I wouldn't be able to close the deal for ten days as my work entails a lot of travel and that I was willing to pay a fair price and preferred to not haggle. A Tale of 2 Trikes I recently bought a 2005 Honda Goldwing trike, this trike was in good condition however, it had 63,000 miles on it. I had previously purchased a trike from this dealer two years prior and that TRIKE has continued to have alternator problems for two years and after investing $3000 into it to try to fix it. I decided to return it to these people to either repair or trade in. I had spent $22,000 on the first trike and they gave me only $12,000 in trade on the new trike for $15,000. This truck had no CB radio had no navigation, no comfort package but at this point, I was willing to take any TRIKE to replace the unrepairable first trike that I bought them. After having this trike for one week, the driveshaft broke. I couldn't believe it to trikes in two years, both lemons and called the dealer and he won't do anything about it. He said I bought it as is. The only thing he said he would do is fix it and charge me to fix it. I am not happy with the way this dealer has negotiated either one of these deals. I'm not happy with the service or aftercare that he has not provided and I have had to drive it to Ohio over 686 miles the first time and now he wants me to drive another 686 miles and then charge me to fix the second one this is just not right I would never buy anything from these people ever again. I was the first to commit to buying a car and the salesman 'felt bad' because an older couple had just driven it and went to lunch to talk and decide. I was willing to pay more than the asking price and the salesman actually flipped a coin to decide because he couldn't make the right choice. I went to look at a vehicle, but the sales goon Jason quickly tried to tell me all kinds of specs that were completely false. I get that some minimum wage employee like Jason can not be expected to know details of all the cars on their used lot. However, he should not try to make claims about a vehicle he has zero knowledge of. Jason: I know what I am shopping for and the capabilities of that vehicle, you making stuff up just highlights your incompetence. Go find another salesman with experience, look it up or admit you don't know. Edit: Noticed the owner passes blame for every complaint to the customer. That is the same attitude I got on the lot. If so many people are making similar complaints, perhaps you should actually improve your business instead of insulting or blaming the customer. This place is the epitome of a shady used car dealership and does not allow buyer to have vehicle inspected at an independent mechanic. I tried speaking to the owner, Jason, about a vehicle advertised on their website. He immediately became hostile when I said I would like to take the vehicle to be inspected by an independent mechanic and he started implying that I did not have the money to buy this car and should shop elsewhere. I told him I would not buy any used car from any dealer without a pre-purchase inspection. He said he does not allow potential buyers to do that because, "it was too much trouble for him", whatever that means since it would require no effort on his part. Then he hung up on me, how professional! Obviously he is hiding some major problems with this vehicle and since he does not allow outside inspections he knows there are problems with his inventory. I recently purchased a car that was advertised to have 55,000+ miles on it only to discover after I had accepted delivery and paid cash for it that the Dealer had put an additional 3000 miles on the car without mentioning to me they were driving it almost daily, including one trip to Tennessee. I have asked for a refund of part of the purchase price and as expected was refused. I live in Washington State and bought the car trusting the Dealer's word a stupid mistake on my part. I sent my nephew to drive the car back to Washington and he is still en route with a check engine light on constantly. Went in to buy a vehicle and was insulted by the staff working there. I was told that you are not permitted to test drive the vehicle before purchase. I guess you are supposed to take the used car dealers' word that everything works correctly? The representative for the dealership told me it was a seller's market and to go somewhere else. I made it clear and said specifically, I am here, trying to buy this vehicle from you today. I only asked the representative if we could negotiate the price before we were berated. We went there with cash in hand ready to buy the vehicle that day. How do you keep your doors open telling people to pay what's on the sticker or get out. I couldn't complete the transaction because the staff member could not carry on a conversation in an adult manner. No one should be treated the way this dealership treats their potential customers. You should never shop somewhere that is this disrespectful. read more

This place may satisfy car buying customers with the lowest expectations. The add said this: "Absolute beautiful...car,...the paint and body are in excellent condition...excellent interior, no signs of excessive wear..." What I found after 6 hrs. round-trip travel was a vehicle which looked like recently pulled out of a dumpster, missing door seals, deteriorated outdoor trim, rusted hood locks, rear window not working, worn interior. The car with the shown low miles was either mistreated badly or the odometer reading isn't correct. Stay away. read more
