Can you rate Zero stars How can any Company put a Motor mount on and not tell the Customer they need a sub frame. Yes all I was worried about was the transmission because wasn't shifting correctly But to say a lot of things wrong but Never Say Sub Frame is rusted in half and your Engine is going to fall out. This is not okay. Sub frame for my car $2000. Its a 2005 So course had I been told that I would have never let any work be done. Took my car to 2 places abd was told Directly I needed a new car I deive my grandkids everyday in that car and this Company put our lives in danger. Not a Happy Customer Bad Business read more

If you're looking for an auto shop with great customer service, I think this is your place. Tom is probably one of the most helpful and kind auto service guys I've met. I had a chance to interact with a couple of the employees as well. I understood very well what they were going to do on my car, how they were going to diagnose the problem, they were really flexible with the time that I dropped the vehicle off, and they even offered to give me a loaner car if I needed. The best part? I had evaporator system problem, which they could've charge me a lot more for, but basically the problem was that I had an aftermarket gas cap. They explained the situation to me clearly, told me about the test they ran, twice to be sure that what they were suspecting was correct. I left with the right gas cap, confidence that I found an auto shop with integrity, Great customer service and a car that works! read more

Used Altenau's in the past for repairs on my Silverado good experience so I decided to bring my truck here to have an antifreeze leak fixed. Told them where it was coming from while looking at my vehicle they confirmed it was leaking from where I said it was It needed a new hose assembly from the reservoir I was told by Tom that it would be around 250 to $300 for the repair and I said ok. While repairing my hose assembly they broke 2 of my clips that held the hoses I was not informed of this yet I see $45 charge on my bill to replace 2 clips and additional 45 minutes of labor to replace them and test drive my truck.I now have a bill for $457. when I asked Tom about it simply said "I don't know what to tell you Jason"I was never informed before hand about any other charges until I picked up my truck by then it was too later I either pay what they told me or I don't get my truck back. Very unprofessional. Unfortunately I don't think I will be going back there I always try to support small businesses. I will be filing a complaint with BBB and a few others to try to recoup the extra $150 I was charged without notice of any other work being done. read more

This shop is excellent in service & the staff is very friendly. I just took my car there last week to get my power steering & my ball joints fixed. This shop is cheap in service and they give you a loaner car: free of charge to drive while your car is getting fixed which I love about this shop. I had took my car to car x and pep boys to compare prices for my car fixings & this shop was way cheaper: $200 cheaper to fix. I also like that they work with your schedule to fix your car. I'm in school & work & they found time between my classes to fix my car. They also offer to drop you back off at home & pick you up: free of charge so you don't have to sit at the shop while they work on your car. I recommend this shop to anybody that wants a shop to do a great job on fixing their car and save a lot of money. This will be the only place I go to get my car fixed from now on! read more
