The under carriage is beyond repair and there is so much mechanical work to be done we had to just salvage the vehicle. Couldn't see the damage until it was on a lift. So disappointed. How could they NOT know that the vehicle was that damaged! Shame on them! So tired of businesses that are liars and take advantage of people! Auto Brite needs to close - selling lemons and taking advantage of people - selling bad/damaged cars. Just close your doors unless you like scamming people.

Sales and finance folks are all extremely kind, professional and not at all pushy. All around really great sales experience.. both times. I regret not writing this earlier but as we've had a few interactions with this dealership since purchasing our Jeeps, specially the service department, I feel it's important to send kudos. Not only was sales/finance great, but it turns out, the service department is amazing too! So far I've had the fortune of working with both Oliver and Bill. Both of whom are wonderful - thorough, professional and caring. Great guys! Absolutely satisfied with the quality of the service department too! For warranty work, routine maintenance and - since it's a Jeep - when I want some mods, they are and will continue to be my go to dealership. If you're waiting for your vehicle, they often have snacks too! Can't go wrong there. I should also mention that I live over 30 miles away, so it's not short trip around the block to get there. And I have lots of options for Jeep dealerships not only between me and Ganley Village but also in a 30 mile radius, but, their quality work and friendly approach to business has me happily making the trip for both vehicles for everything we need! If you're looking for a Jeep and a good place to maintain it, this is THE place to go!

Terrible customer service experience.  I was looking for a specific Genesis model - this dealership…read morehad one available.  I scheduled an appointment several days beforehand since I live 1 1/2 hours away.  I received a call the day before from the dealership to confirm.  I asked who I should ask for when I come in and was given 3 names.  When I showed up the next day 2 of the 3 people were not there and the third person seemed unaware of my appointment.  More importantly the car had been sold and was not available to test drive.  So I drove 1 1/2 hours for nothing.  I realize things happen, however, the fact that no one seemed to know about my appointment and I wasn't made aware of the car being sold, is ridiculous.  The individual I talked with said this happens all the time.  Okay - then get organized and have a system for appointments.  I went to Northtown Genesis near Buffalo the next day and had a wonderful experience - very helpful.

And I did it online as well, just as did Matthew. I found them to be immediately responsive, quick with processing documents and when the vehicle arrived it actually exceeded my expectations, and I also used LemonSquad to check the vehicle out prior to completing my purchase. It was immaculately detailed as well. I would recommend them without hesitation and will talk with them first the next time I am in the market.
