I went to DB Motors with nothing in my pockets just to see what they could do. I was not expecting to leave that day with a Car. When I arrived I met with the Owner DJ. I explained my situation and he said we could work something out. I picked out a minivan and took it for a spin. when I got back he then showed me a different minivan. It was a little more money than the one I drove but DJ explained that the other one was better on gas and had safety features the other didn't. he stated that with my having 6 Children he would feel better knowing I had the safer vehicle. I drove off the lot that day after giving him $250 and then working out an agreement to bring another $250 the following week. I made payments every other week. One night I was driving home and my Tie Rod Broke. I called for a tow truck and then called DB Motors to leave a message and let them know the car would be towed to the lot and what had happened. I figured I would hear from DJ in the morning. My phone rang two minutes later and it was DJ the owner. He told me to cancel the Tow and he came and got us. he towed the Minivan back to the lot and made sure my Family and I had a vehicle to get home. The next day he fixed the vehicle and only charged me for parts. I was shocked " his reply to me when I stated that was " Look I have Kids and I would not want my kids on the side of the road waiting for a ride late at night." Ever since that first encounter with DB Motors I have purchased several cars. I have referred friends and family and everyone has been satisfied. I have always told Friends that when it comes to buying used cars on Vine St the only place I will deal with is DB Motors.

Car checked out and I believe it was fair, I got what I wanted and they made a good profit! To me that's a win win. The place is a big storage unit, no lift at the facility, not a real dealer. He treated me as a woman with patronizing comments when I asked questions. He treated my other family member, who is knowledgeable about cars, in an even worse manner. If you want to make an offer, he won't even counter. He said " sounds like I will be paying you money to take the car". He said "you wasted my time". Anything you say, he says--"what do you expect from a 20 year old car". He told me a car from Maryland can't have rust because they don't get snow and don't use salt. Simply not true. There were many many things wrong with this car that were not disclosed in the description, and he would not admit that they were an issue. He would not make any adjustment for the repairs that needed made. No matter how great the car, do not go here unless you are willing to subject yourself to ridicule and condescension!

We were met by Mitch who took us for a no pressure, enjoyable test drive. He was trustworthy and authentic. The car wasn't exactly the options I had my heart set on, so Mitch suggested I look at another one they had in the back that hadn't made it to the lot yet. I took a look and it was exactly what I wanted. The interior of the dealership was bright. The restrooms were clean. The seating area in the service waiting room is comfortable. We drop it off Tuesday after hours so it would be there on time for a Wednesday appointment. Did not get a call all day. When we followed up Thursday we got an excuse that they did not get to us yet. Friday after we called still not ready. My wife drove their and the slack service rep said they would drop it off on Saturday. Saturday the Service Director said they were not bring it out on Saturday because they were not staffed for that. Monday still no delivery..... Same director calls asked me what he can do for me after i left a detailed message with the phone attendant that also blew me off. The entire customer service team at Classic Ford seems to not understand their job..... The Customer works for and pays them to provide crappy service every time no matter how many time you call. Do not deal with them if at all possible.... They SUCK!!!!
