The manager then lied and told me he canceled the warranty, but when I asked for proof of refund and cancellation, he couldn't provide either. It's been a month and no word. The warranty company still doesn't have my warranty on file. The total amount of the warranties have been added to my principal loan amount and I'm continuing to pay interest for something that I requested to have canceled the day after purchasing. I was told today by another financial manager that my warranty was never even sent to the warranty company because they are going to cancel it themselves. I asked for proof of cancellation and refund again, still unable to provide. I strongly would not recommend doing business here. This was my first time purchasing a new vehicle and it's been the worst experience ever. Not to mention the new car broke down on me 2 weeks after purchasing the vehicle. They don't care about the customers. Unprofessional and untrustworthy business and associates.

The saving grace is that my included maintenance is over so now I can go elsewhere.

When I was paying they kept trying to get me to sign up for a credit card and then when I expressed my discontent with their lack of payment options they tried to make me feel OK about spending $500+ on an ignition switch by telling me that my keys are probably too heavy, which wears down on the ignition over time. I don't doubt that this could be a problem for some people, but my keys aren't very heavy and I drive less than 20 miles per week (for the last 4 years) and it sort of felt like they were saying "don't be upset at us for the high prices, it was your fault that this part is broken after all". I'm giving this a 2 star rating based on Yelps explanation of 2 stars: "Meh. I've experienced better." I won't be going back.

I took it back to the original dealership the same day. They looked at it and stated, "We didn't even have to change the light bulb. It must be the cold weather." Ok, fine. It went out again and instead of going back to the west side of Cleveland, I made an appt. here as they are a certified dealership. 3 hours later, I'm out $92 (half of the cost of labor, etc.) because a light bulb was out and "is not covered by warranty". So essentially, we had to pay $92 because a light bulb was "out". Well, that's odd because the guy at the dealership previously said, "We didn't even have to change the light bulb." Hmmm. I'm not going to outright accuse them of shady practices as I can't prove anything. What I do know is that next time I have an issue with my car (aside from huge issues like engine, transmission, etc.), I will be going else where. Oh, I will say something positive - I got a courtesy car wash. Yay.
