Which is ridiculous for 3 miles but due to it being urgent she decided to have them come anyway. On arrival the driver stated that the vehicle may just need a jump and then proceefed to jump the car without communicating a price first. After the jump was completed through a jumper box (no other vehicle needed), he stated that the price would be $130 dollars just to jump the car. This was not communicated before he proceeded to jump the car. If it were, we would have not proceeded with the service since it was accessible for us to do it ourselves. He also stated that his price was actually a low price compared to others which charge 170 or 150. He stated that that he had no control over the price and that is "boss" did. I am not pleased at all with this company and how courtesy was not shown at all. Ladies please don't use this company As you will get take advantage of.

Well second run in and he blew a gasket (like how us women do, especially when we think it's not a great idea to race from the beginning ). I looked up local tows and gave him the number to this company. He got to the track in decent time and was very cool, polite and personable. We sat with him and I fell asleep while him and my fiancé chatted about trucks. I woke up in Deerfield an hour later. Our truck was offloaded, a decent price paid for the long trip and a wave goodbye and off he went! ( I thought it was going to be more because of the size of the truck and distance but I was waaay wrong and way off) Definitely call this company if you're at the track and need a lift, very professional and would recommend him to anyone up in the West Palm area.

Not only were they able to work with me and be prompt to help me, the tow truck driver was able to locate the issue, and suggest a mobile repair company (Diesel Parlor) to help me fix it. He was 100% correct on the diagnosis and I saved a bunch of money by using a mobile repair shop that could come to me. There's no doubt in my mind I would have spent exponentially more if I would have had to tow it again to a dealership. When they finally picked up my car, I received a notification saying it had been delivered to my mechanic -- but two hours later, my mechanic confirmed it had never arrived. When I called the tow company, they casually said, "Oh, the driver is pulling into the driveway now." Somehow, my car had disappeared for hours between pickup and delivery. When I finally got my vehicle back, all four wheels were completely misaligned, suggesting it had been driven off the flatbed -- possibly for a joyride. The owner claimed their trucks have cameras and promised to review the footage, but it's been over a month, and they still haven't produced anything. At this point, it's clear they're either hiding something or never had cameras at all. I would never recommend this company to anyone -- save yourself the headache and call a reputable towing service instead.

I waited hours for an update, and when none came, I called him to remind him that the car needed to be at the designated shop by 4 PM because that's when they close. What does he do? He tells me, "I'm going to send your money back because my boss says it's going to cost $450 to go to Kendall, and your car is a Porsche, so it needs to go on the dolly." Are you kidding me? Not only did he raise the price again, but he had already seen the car and hooked it up! Why didn't he say anything earlier? By now, it's 4 PM, the shop is closed, and the whole day is wasted. After repeatedly asking for updates about my refund, he finally replies, "I'm doing something." At 5 PM, he sends a screenshot of the money transfer--but guess what? I never received it. I call him back, and he blocks me! Hours go by--6 PM, 7 PM--so I tell him I have his name, number, and license plate, and I'll be pressing charges if he doesn't return my money. Suddenly, he sends another screenshot, but it clearly says "Review & Send," meaning the money was never sent in the first place. When I demanded proof that the money was actually deducted from his account, he blocks me again! Finally, at 8 PM--after eight hours of nonsense--he sends me back $140 out of the $240 I paid him.
