Best pina colada in the keys!! All their food is amazing and the restaurant itself is right on the water!

Claudia and Sony made a perfect evening even better. We were so hungry! Food was great, ambience was a dream, and service was next level!

We were greeted by our bartender promptly. Not too busy as it had rained all day. Our drinks were delivered quickly. Nice and cold beer and wine for my cohart. He ordered the blackened grouper. I had the pork sliders as I've eaten fish for three days!!! They were delish. The food came out in a timely manner and was warm. Our server kept up on our needs. We were visiting, so we had heard how great it was. This is a great local place and tourist are very welcome. Friendly servers and locals. We will likely come back if we pass thru again. But check it out to see what all the hype is all about.

Excellent ambiance, yet brace yourself for the Southern delight of Florida Keys humidity and heat. Pack your patience and bring your appetite cause they will surely appease everyone's need and taste buds. From their delicious fish dip(no fishy taste ) to their delicious and tasty mahi-mahi - ohh what a filling it was and it hit the spot! Have it your way too btw.. I had mine blackened, with the lettuce and tomato for the toppings. I can still have the taste buds asking for more! For dessert you are in the Florida keys so do yourself a treat and grab a slice of the "famous key lime pie" !! A must have .. so don't delay and head over to Lorelei, did I mention why many people choose this place ?? Well, my apologies, the Sunset view is spectacular!! Amongst the very best in the upper keys! "Hint- their best kept secret!

Stopped by on our ride back to the hotel for the happy hour (4-6). Self seating is the style here. Walk in and pick from bar seating or bay front table seating. We opted for the bay front tables. Sadly we weren't great in our 20 mins so didn't get a chance to try their food or drinks. Seemed like a cool vibe. They were having a "magic show" later in the evening. It was a little busy but not full. Menu had several options more on the bar food side, wings, fried this and that. Maybe another time.

So darn sad when waterfront restaurants use plastic STRAWS! They should be on-request & the straw needs to be completely disposable.
    Liz B.

Great food & service; Xander was very personable & professional. This is also a good spot for a sunset. My only dislike is the plastic STRAWS . Waterfront/waterside restaurants should definitely NOT have plastic straws. You could start with "Straws upon request" until you've restocked your supply with Earth-friendly straws.

Great atmosphere, food, and service Fish Sandwich was tops! We stopped by fairly late in the day but the service was still very good, the combination of food and entertainment was a great way to end the day. We were there January '20 before the world went crazy...hope to be back soon.

The ambiance was good- outdoor seating on a great night. That is where it stopped. Took a while to get an order in and longer to get served. Second drink was short of impossible. Ordered peel and eat shrimp for group. It was only after we finished the shrimp did we get napkins or plates. Then It took forever to get our main course and it was good and would have been better if it had been at a higher temp. There is a lot of places to get great service and food but not sure this one of them. On top of that we were forced to pay 20% gratuity for a group of 6 or greater. I give them three stars because with a little work and give a heck they could be great but not this evening.

There are darn few waterfront restaurants that can even come close to the beautiful views and general setting of Lorelei Bar and Cabana. Its open air, has a boat parking area, close by charters for fishing and actively encourages "catch and release." Though the atmosphere of the place is "party," it's also ideal for "chill and relax." The menu they have is exceptionally extensive in local Key delights; everything from Stone Crab Chowder to Smoked Fish Dip. For me I chose their Cracked Conch which when served consisted of a perfectly tenderized conch, hand breaded, fried and accompanied with their zesty delicious "Out Island Sauce" that had a taste and flavor somewhere between a remoulade and a calypso...totally delicious.

Arrive by boat if you need to, located in a marina. Key West vibes here and dogs are welcomed . Love that.

It was perfectly balanced--tart, sweet, smooth, and strong without being overpowering. It was exactly what I had been hoping to find. Our bartender, Megan, made the experience even better. She was incredibly sweet, attentive, and genuinely friendly from start to finish. Since my friend was driving and didn't want alcohol, Megan made her a Key lime margarita-style mocktail that was absolutely delicious and so refreshing. It made my friend feel just as included in the experience, which we really appreciated. The service was outstanding from everyone we encountered. From the host who welcomed us to the team serving our food, everyone was warm, kind, and attentive. Our waters were refilled multiple times without us ever having to ask, and we always felt well taken care of. We ordered the buffalo shrimp, which came out hot, fresh, crispy, and packed with flavor. To finish, we shared the Oreo cheesecake, and it was the perfect ending to our meal. Megan checked in on us throughout our visit, making sure we were enjoying everything, and her genuine hospitality really stood out. This was, without a doubt, the best customer service we've experienced anywhere in the Florida Keys. We can't wait to come back the next time we're in Islamorada!

Wowwwww!!!!…read more Apparently this is under new management now, and wow... you can absolutely tell! I've been back four times in the past week because the food is just that good. Honestly, it's a 10/10 every single time. My current favorites are the fritters, the homemade soups (always amazing), and the Shack Fried FishI'm completely obsessed! The fish dip is also incredible, and what makes it even better is that the fish is fresh, locally caught, and never frozen. You can truly taste the difference. The atmosphere is one of my favorite parts. There's a great bar area if you're coming to relax, but there's also a separate family-friendly section, so it's perfect whether I'm dining alone or bringing my kids!!!! . I've already brought five different people here, and every single one of them has loved it. The service has been outstanding every visit. Everyone is genuinely kind and welcoming, and the owner is right there working alongside the staff, making sure guests are taken care of. It's refreshing to see someone so hands-on and passionate about their restaurant.
