Not a great experience. The workers were slow, not very cordial, and I had to tell the woman multiple times my order. A dozen bagels was $26.00. This is more than Bruegger's Bagels charges. For a small business in this economy I get it, I can deal with that. But the real problem here is the bagel quality. The bagels were just terrible. They tasted like they took Chompie's bagels and just dumped ingredients on top of them. They were stale, overpriced, and just lazy. If you plan to run a bagel shop, make them the right way. You cant just dump a bunch of Onion bits on a plain bagel and call it an Onion bagel. I just don't recommend this place, or if you do go, skip the bagels. read more

The food is out of this world, exceptional for the price range. The staff is more than accommodatable and friendly, even during their extremely busy times they seemed to wanna help their staff. They let them know. We'll be right with you. We got a Lox bagel on an everything bagel with regular cream cheese. Bagel was delicious the lettuce was on it was different, so I'll have to order without. Last night while waiting to check out at Walmart. I noticed the owner buying bundles and bundles of value bagels and a toaster oven. There were so many it seemed like store product. The customer service here is great, we placed a pickup order and after getting home noticed one of our items was missing. I called The Bagel Box and they remembered our order right away and explained the box was a smaller one and asked us to check our car, sure enough the small box had fallen out of the bag and into our car. The Bagel Box even called us back to ensure we had the item and offered to remake it quickly if it was still missing. The food itself was good, I got a chicken bagel sandwich.
