Luckily, their menu online is updated so we were still able to decide what we wanted before it was our turn to order. We ordered the turkey sandwich, banana pecan waffle, and freshly squeezed orange juice. Everything was delicious, but the waffle really stood out for me. My wife wanted an espresso but the lady behind the counter explained they only had drip coffee. Our daughter asked the same lady if there was a cupcake available, and she said "nope, what you see is what you get." Nothing wrong with what she answered but her tone seemed like she was really annoyed by the question. My wife just wanted to leave but felt like it would be rude to leave without buying things and we like to generally support local businesses. Side note: We ended up going to Schatts bakery a half mile away later that day and had a way better experience with far better tasting baked goods. We wish East side luck but we won't be back.
