I called around 8:30 a.m. this morning to establish care for my two French Bulldogs and was told that they were accepting new patients but it would be a month out. The receptionist began collecting my information to create patient charts, discussed scheduling appointments for June, and was in the process of preparing the required $40 per pet appointment hold fee when the call was disconnected. When I called back later, a different receptionist informed me that the clinic was not accepting new patients and that I would not be able to establish care there. When I explained that another staff member had literally begun the intake process and was preparing to collect payment for appointments, I was simply told, "I don't know, but we're not taking new patients." The complete lack of communication and consistency was incredibly frustrating. Based on the glowing reviews, I expected a much more professional and organized experience. While I cannot speak to the quality of the veterinary care itself, the customer service and handling of front-office communication left a very poor first impression.

Fast forward to today--my newest rescue absolutely loves spending time at her day camp and always seems happy and engaged there. The location is a bit far for us, and the outdoor play areas are somewhat segmented into many smaller playgrounds and can be quite sunny during the summer months. Still, the care, consistency, and familiarity keep us coming back. It's been reassuring to have a place we trust across different stages of life and with different dogs.

I also felt comfortable asking her questions and suggestions on some skin issues that Marina was having. Knowing that she had been a Registered Vet Tech made me feel comfortable taking her advice. My cat was sick and I obviously answered any questions to give the veterinarian an idea of what was wrong with him. When I tell you she wasn't in that room for more than a minute, I wish I were exaggerating. She looked into my cat's mouth for maybe 10 seconds and decided $675 worth of medications and treatments was needed. I would have probably been ok with paying that amount if I genuinely felt like she cared about my cat's health and wanted to help him. I then tried to see if I could get any of the medications without the $235 bloodwork. At least the fever reducer. The vet veterinarian said no. The bloodwork was then dropped down to $165 to send the test out to a 3rd party instead of in-house. I left this place unsatisfied with their service and luckily I already had another appointment lined up for my boy and he is doing much better.

It was a really easy drop off her and her food and then return before 1pm to pick her up. There wasn't much eye contact or friendliness, which made the interaction feel impersonal. I also would have appreciated a quick update or report on how my dog did during his stay, as that would have added peace of mind. Overall, my dog seemed well cared for, but the customer service and communication could definitely be improved.

She has trained both our dogs. We have a 14 year old German sheperd, and a 5 month old Australian sheperd mix that we rescued recently. From the moment they each met Julie, our lives together has become much more enjoyable. She has had a great impact on our family, and we all love her.
