So, I ordered a burger with fries. It was prepared fresh and took about 15 minutes to have ready. The fries were good and the burger was juicy, tasty and delicious. One of our entrees, a salad, was delivered right away--before our drinks and complimentary bread. The salad also didn't have dressing. The bread was then delivered without the dipping sauce. Our drinks still had not arrived. We had been pointing all of these mishaps out to the server and eventually manager. The manager offered us a free dessert, which, while appreciated, was not what we needed. We needed the bread dipping sauce, our drinks, the other entree and the dressing to the salad. The other entree was delivered, followed by drinks and dipping sauce. No dressing though. I could keep going. The point is, nothing was on par with Stone Creek, Cunningham restaurants...or any restaurant I want in Greenwood. Hoping management can right this one example of a consistent breakdown of the system. I believe it can and will be done! Onward!
