Highly recommended. My wife and I went for our anniversary. There are very few tables that are available that are not in the bar or patio a reservation is definitely recommended. The area where these are very private and extremely well decorated. The service was top notch. The food was excellent. We had the filet (the only one that I have had that was maybe better was Ruth Chris) and the ribs ( fall off the bone and very very tender) which were a special. From the time we walked in until we left everyone there treated us extremely well. I would give this more than 5 if possible. read more

Walked in knowing that reservations are generally needed but decided to take our chances. We got lucky as a party of 2 and we're able to be seated in about 30 mins. The place was cozy, low lighting, and classy casual. Service was professional and kind. The food was delicious! Very generous portions that start with complimentary bread with herb butter. The bread is slightly crispy and salty outside and pillowy soft on the inside. We ordered the crispy Vidalia onion strings, brussel sprouts and split the salmon entree (we had seen it being served and it was HUGE!). The onion strings were fried to perfection with a horseradish creme. The brussel sprouts were tender and flavorful. The salmon came with this slightly sweet sauce, veggie and potatoes. OUR TABLE remains one of our top five restaurants. We celebrated a belated Fathers Day dinner and had an amazing experience. Service remains excellent from the minute you are greeted at the door. The chef's special appetizer of the night was a BLACKENED SHRIMP WITH GRILLED AVOCADO ON ARUGULA WITH PINEAPPLE PICO DE GALLO. It was, hands down the very best appetizer I have ever had. The cocktail were outstanding and no one can beat their in house baked bread. A mushroom Bacon and arugula flat bread was my wife's decision. I ordered a Filet Mignon, 1st. Not cooked as requested. 2nd Quality of meat terrible. Our Server said they soak the meat in water. I think that is the problem with the meat, takes away all the natural flavor. That is the only beef entrée on the menu. I prefer Ribeye steak, but had no other choice than the Filet Mignon. Every time I've come back to CG/Indy for a visit over the last few years there's always some new restaurant my family has added to their dining rotation. New to the mix, it's Our Table! I'm honestly shocked that this corner in the middle of nowhere has gotten developed. Our Table is the cap end of a small shopping plaza that for years was just a CVS and farm fields. Like most people say, reservations are *highly* encouraged for any size of party, otherwise you could be waiting all night, no guarantees. My aunt made one since our party was large, so we did not wait any time upon arrival. Dinner started with crunchy bread service and a couple people getting appetizers - a wedge salad, shrimp, and Cajun Truffle fries (a bit heavy on the Old Bay seasoning) with a hollandaise sauce that tasted like nacho cheese. Their drink menu might be more extensive than the food menu- lots of house cocktails, and curated liquor and wine selections. The gin cocktail (Drink Of The Day) was refreshing and not terribly sweet. The favored main entrees with my family are the Shrimp Bucatini (I was told it's not that spicy, for spice fans out there), Salmon, Walleye Almondine, and Chicken Piccata. I went with the chicken. Everything came out at the same time which was appreciated given our large party. I joined the clean plate club since my meal was SO delicious and every bite was savory. The sauce wasn't too lemon-y which was my main concern. We'd been planning a visit for a special occasion and Our Table fits the bill. It was a special visit from the greeters at the front door to check in( reservations definitely recommended) to our server and the kitchen staff. Everyone is so friendly and treats you like family. I had a blood orange Margarita as my cocktail-yum! Tonight we started with an appetizer special of a grilled shrimp skewer with arugula and avocado that was delicious and so plentiful that the two of us shared it as our dinner salad. For my entree I chose a mushroom and bacon flatbread. It was so tasty and large enough to share and still have leftovers to go. We shared a strawberry shortcake for dessert and it was delicious. They used real shortbread and whipped cream-it was so good! Our anniversary is coming up soon. I think we'll have to return and try something tasty and new. read more

We've been to our table many times. The food is always delicious. The Service is always on par. This time was different. We had reservations at 5 o'clock. We had to wait 5 to 10 minutes to be seated. Then it took forever to get our drinks. We were probably a half hour in before they even took our food order. I will say the ambience is awesome. My wife and I split the walleye. It was awesome. I'm hooked on it, but it took a long time for them to deliver our food after we were done eating , we waited and waited and Waited and waited for the check. It finally came. It was wrong. We sent it back It came back after 10 minutes and it was wrong. We sent it back, another 10 minutes, It came again and it was wrong. We sent it back, our server was waiting on several other tables and each time we said we want our check. She said she'd be back 10 to 15 minutes later she would show up. Finally, the manager came out and made it right, by that time it was two hours and 10 minutes to eat one walleye dinner, not sure we'll ever be back. My butt was actually sore from setting for two hours and 10 minutes. Not sure I'll ever subject myself to that kind of abuse. read more

What a lovely restaurant tucked away in a strip mall (in fact we have passed it several times and thought it was a church)! My husband and I tried Our Table for our anniversary dinner and were delighted by the meal and the way the staff made our evening special without being cheesy or drawing attention to us. We were greeted by staff who asked if we were celebrating an occasion and then asked our names. The manager brought a rose in a small vase to our table along with a handwritten note (including both of our names) and two delicious cookies to acknowledge our occasion. We were sat without hesitation where our server Sunny was quick to arrive with delicious fresh bread and waters while we looked over the menu. She was friendly, knowledgeable and helped us make great decisions. We opted for the edamame (just do it!) and shrimp cocktail for starters. They came out in good timing. Edamame was hot and amazing! The flavors were like none other we have had before. The shrimp cocktail brought a well desired kick. We grabbed the mushroom and bacon flatbread that came out thin, hot and fresh. And the beef tenderloin sliders that melted in our mouth and will have us craving more soon. We made a reservation for 5:00 p.m. and that was their opening time. There were people waiting outside of the door in a line when we got there. We were seated promptly though. There were four people in our party and we were seated in a room and that had four tables in it so it was nice and cozy. We were celebrating our anniversary and they brought us a nice little card and a couple of macarons that they make there. On this day they had a crab cake special which one of our friends ordered and said it was delicious. Our other friend ordered the chicken piccata and enjoyed it as well. I ordered the lasagna and man that portion was healthy and it was very cheesy, I would order this again. The hubby ordered a burger and fries and he enjoyed them as well. We all had cocktails and the cocktails were good. I ordered the Island House Therapy, this was a sweet drink as I expected it would be made with cream of coconut and pineapple, rum and Malibu and I love sweet drinks so this hit the spot. The hubby had a beer and I had a second cocktail of the blood orange margarita. Oh I almost forgot to mention that I started my meal with a salad that was good as well and I really enjoyed the sesame ginger dressing. I ordered dessert which was an apple tart and a Woodford Reserve caramel sauce and ice cream on the side. Excellent desserts and I also ordered coffee with cream to go with it. Great way to finish the meal. We had all of this food and the bill was a hundred bucks man these days you cannot beat that. Very friendly staff and manager Kara who checked on our table after hearing it was our first time being there. Our drinks were absolutely perfect. One was customized with no problem to a blackberry martini which was much appreciated. Our appetizer was the frites with dipping sauces and very good! We ordered 2 of the filets (cooked perfectly to order), chicken piccata and the shrimp bucatini. The chicken literally melts off the fork and the bucatini was amazing. We met the chef who's the co-owner and had lived in Italy and with the texture of the noodles the mystery was solved of how they were so al dente. Our Table had been on my list for 3-4 months after my friend told me how hard it is to get a reservation on weekends. I booked on OpenTable two months in advance, and it was super convenient. Located in a strip mall, parking was easy to find. Our Table gave a modern vibe. The ambience is welcoming and upon check in, the first thing I noticed were the nice baked goods kept behind the receptionist. The iced cinnamon roll especially caught my attention. We ordered the frites and white bean hummus appetizers. For main course, I got a salmon large plate. I also tried the walleye and shrimp diablo pasta. Everything came out hot and fresh. Our server, Georgia, in particular was very friendly, attentive and made sure our glasses and plates were full without being overbearing. The restaurant was moderate - not super loud but not very intimate either, especially since it was a Saturday evening and all tables were occupied. We celebrated our anniversary here and decided to make reservations, which I absolutely recommend that you do since there was a line outside even before they opened up. The menu is not extensive, but there is something for everyone. The bread and butter is phenomenal- I could have just sat there and eaten that all night. Our mains were excellent as well. My husband got a burger and it was loaded with toppings and a generous portion. My chicken piccata is one of the best meals I've eaten in a while and those roasted veggies and mashed potatoes were upscale comfort food. We spent around $50 for two people- didn't get drinks or dessert, so it's a definitely someplace (at least for us) that will be for special occasions only. read more

Excellent food for the most part but we were sat at a FREEZING table in corner with table flush against wall and next to locked exit door with what initially appeared to be a nice sized portable fireplace but it was an electronic display of flames with a very very very tiny vent with surprisingly little output. Our server was nice but we just seemed to have to routinely repeat simple requests- it got draining along with trying to keep our chins up in coldest spot in the restaurant. Please get a decent heater -there are tons out there- and there is ample space to move that table away from wall. I'm sorry to bring this up but we paid good $$$ for the worst seat in any restaurant ever. Stressfully chilly. read more

Maybe my only complaint is that we were seated in a little side wine room with only four tables so it was a little weird being in kind of an intimate setting with three other tables we didn't know. I liked the quiet but feel like the vibe in the main dining area was more lively. But that is my only complaint. I had the daily special so I won't go into detail as it may never come up again, but I'd eat anything on this menu after this experience. Excellent drinks, excellent food with a seasonal menu, excellent service, excellent vibe overall. This is a great date night location, or adult night out with friends or coworkers. Our table isn't a place you can go on a whim, we wanted to go and found that they didn't have an available reservation for another week. It was all very good, not a single complaint! We both got drinks , shared an appetizer and each got an entree with 1 dessert for about $125 for all high quality food. The steak wasn't quite at the level for a steak house but better than your chain steak place like Outback, Texas road house etc... but also PERFFFECTLYYY cooked! We went early and stood in line for doors open on Saturday night at 5:00 p.m. worth it! Such friendly staff greeting at all the doors and stations-quickly seated and given time to hear about the specials. All the tables, booths, or even bar tops are warm and well-lit. A cup of vegetable steak soup would have been worth the outside que alone, but Ann's Drink Of the Day was another treat to enjoy with a delightfully crusty bread and herbed bitter while the main entrees were cooked to order and serve in good time. I ate the lamb chop special served on white bean hummus with feta, Tzatziki, pickled veggies, and pita. My date had the lemon piccata chicken. We both took food home with a cinnamon roll from the bakery! Let the holidays roll.
